Love the art work and the C of A team were very responsive. However, the FedEx delivery process was a real pain with 2 missed delivery targets and us waiting in unnecessarily. FedEx tracking is also very poor!

So far the process was easy and my only disappointment was i tried to reach out to the company as soon as i completed my order to take advantage of my 10% discount but it was denied and i was told that 15 minutes have passed after i placed my order which is ridiculous.
