You clearly haven't understood the main issues I have raised, which is surprising given your position as a manager. In my email yesterday, I explained that I had spoken directly with PayPal. They advised me that it is not appropriate for a seller to insist that a buyer cancels an open PayPal dispute before a resolution has been reached. Buyer protection exists for a reason, and I will not cancel my dispute while the matter remains unresolved.

I recently received the canvas I ordered, and I'm disappointed because it doesn't match the product photos shown on your website. The colours in the actual canvas are very flat and dull, whereas the online images showed much more vibrant, rich colours. I understand there can be slight variations due to screen settings, but the difference is significant enough that the product is not as advertised or what I reasonably expected.
