Please inspect all orders before shipping. The one hook provided is positioned in the wrong direction, the art is horizontal, not vertical. Because it is framed I have to purchase hooks and install them my self in order to hang the picture.

When I ordered this, I thought the print was going to be absolutely gorgeous to display. When I received the picture the actual print doesn't fill the canvas like it looked like online, the colors are off and it's just unsatisfying to look at. So very disappointed with the actual outcome.

The artwork arrived with significant frame damage and was unusable. I was initially offered partial refunds (as low as 30%) or store credit and advised I would need to pay return shipping, despite the damage not being my fault. A full refund was only offered after I mentioned escalating the matter to the relevant authority. Communication was polite throughout, but I would recommend other buyers be aware of their consumer rights, as the outcome may have been different had I accepted 30%.
