Love my canvas but very disappointed not strung across back for hanging! There is a silly metal piece at the top which would show off the metal hook you hang it from. I have had to take it to a framer to have eyelets screwed into sides and have it strung across .

Been a bit disappointing. Thought since the web site appeared to be in Canada and I paid by Canadian dollars, and your return depot was in Canada (B.C.) if needed, duties would not be payable. However return of original order (print) had to be paid by me so I could order the canvas picture, I incurred an additional $50 on top of everything, plus had to take a 20% reduction in refund. Not a good experience. Will not be ordering from you in future. Helen was very professional and courtesy .. ...

Even the parts that had to be yellow, are mustard or Brown… After contacting customer support, they made sure to send me another one, and I'm awaiting the new one. The tracking was not accurate as the delivery day and time kept changing, (at one point the company told me to expect delivery at midnight!). I really think it would help if you tightened up the delivery process.
