It's a great product, with ingredients that are hard to find elsewhere. My only problem is the high cost of the shipping...even within the state.

The report was good, but somewhat lacking in depth and direction. I know that depth and direction would be addressed if I purchased a call with a clinician, but for the price of the general report, I feel a clinician's summary on specific things that could either be done or used, should be included. Your pricing is definitely not for the middle class who wishes to improve their health, and that is a real shame.

i did not have a kit like the one in the picture on this email. It was simple to use and arrived very quickly, I am looking forward to receiving my data now.

We are working thru the layers in the tests to get protocol in place for healing. Will take time to work thru it.

We were unsure if there was a label to send the sample also some uncertainty about if the sample collection kit was included as it was available separately. We ended up at FedEx local depot wondering what to do. They didn’t know and expected a delivery form. So on the way home we used the contact number and despite the fact that it was the middle of the night in the States we received a very helpful reply explaining clearly that we were on our own returning the sample from UK

I took the DNA test and sent it (completing all required custom documents) via Purolator. The package was returned to me. The information gathered is interesting and I am waiting to have an appointment with my ND this week to see how I can implement it. Some of it seems quite contradictory to what I am experiencing but I am aware that our DNA expression is unique to many things. Some of it is spot on. Dietary and supplement recommendations are not anything that I haven't tried in the past. Gut issues and insomnia are my 2 biggest issues so my results are curious.

It was easy to use. Shopping was slow arriving to my house and returning it, but the kit was easy to use

Once I figured out how to do the test it was very easy. The link and QR code to the video did not work. The results came back very quickly and I was able to share the information easily with my doctor.
