Their Disco Platfirm is not the easiest to navigate

I love that The DNA Company respects your privacy and won't sell you out. I have learned a lot about myself and have been able to improve my health. I love their webinars, they are very informative. You can also ask questions in the live webinar.

Shopping was good, except more detailed clarification on shipping from Canada would be appreciated. We had numerous failed attempts with each one costing $100+.

So far I have ordered only tests, one consultation and two programs. Sign-up was easy and the support from the concierge has been very helpful and thorough. What is totally amazing and useful is the number of informative webinars presented by a variety of experts and the frequent opportunities to ask personal questions of Kash Kahn and Dr. Tim. My only difficulty has been locating some of the information on the website - because there is so much! A big THANK YOU to all of the DNA Company Team.

An extraordinary company.

I really like the practitioners I’ve worked with and my daughters have worked with, but this last hiccup with the genes being different has definitely put a damper on my view of the DNA company. And then unfortunately, the reasons we were asking for support from the DNA company we were unable to resolve the issues so the combination of things has been frustrating.

The ordering process was easy, the comprehensive and thorough test results and the videos that are so thorough and teaching you with the specific genes do and how your particular genetic profile and how the gene combinations work together to make me… me. So from the shopping ordering process to the education and results to the availability of the client care and staff this is an A+++ company. I highly recommend!
