I am skeptical about most claims, particularly on social media. The Mason Genie made sense to me. It works even better than I expected. I would definitely recommend.

We weren’t sure what to expect from the masongenie when we ordered it so when it got here I threw some strawberries and lettuce in mason jars ran the masongenie and opened them a week later and the strawberries were still firm and perfect, the lettuce was crisp and fresh as well. Great product.

Great product, even better than I imagined. It’s nicely made and works great to remove my sealed lids without denting or marring them. It’s a nice weight and fits well in my hand too.

I was tired of watching my food go to waste before we could eat it. Purchased one for myself and loved that it kept our food fresh for so much longer than conventional storage.
Bought another as a gift and have told numerous friends and family members about the Mason Genie.
Simple to use.
Such a great gadget!

Just started using this product. Put an apple that I had cut in half, in the vacuum bag, just to see what happens. It stayed as fresh as if it had just cut it, 5 days later! Awesome!!

The Genie is so easy to use. I like putting my herbs in jars to keep them fresher longer. The reusable properties of glass jars is great for the environment and my wallet. Easy to sterilize and reuse,

This is an absolutely amazing product and I am using it to seal small amounts of veg for my bearded dragon who only has some veg every 3 days or so. I’m yet to see what the life span of these veggies are but so far they have kept fresh for a week.
Highly recommended.

Usually, if we don't eat all our salad, I end up throwing it away in two days. This time I put it in a court wide mouth mason jar and it has stayed fresh an edible far over a week. I'm having fun seeing what I can put in jars to save longer. Thank you mason genie

I love my Mason Genie! I've found that cutting and storing fruits such as strawberries and cantaloupe in my mason jars helps them to last twice as long as in other containers and using my Mason Genie to seal the jar, keeps them fresher even longer. No more throwing out fruit because it goes bad faster than I can eat it.

It’s truly been a blessing. I buy bags of carrots and within a week they are soggy. Now I’ve had them in refrigerator for 2 weeks and still good.

I no longer need to use and waste ziploc bags to store things. I like that it only takes 60 seconds to seal the jar. I wont use it on items thst require canning but for everything else, so far so good. (Ive only had it 2 or 3 weeks and today is April 6).

I’m hoping the two Mason Genies that have been replaced will work much longer than the first ones. Also, grateful the company replaced them both without much to do.
Thanks

Redoing a pantry that hadn’t been touched in years. Suffered a critter attack so I had to move fast. Everything done in an afternoon! So excited!

Tried sealing strawberries, after 18 days they were still completely fresh and delicious! Amazing! Will be trying other items next but for berries this is just wonderful.

I love that food stays fresh longer. My refrigerator is so much better organized with jars in the fruit and veggie drawers. It looks pretty and the jars fit nicely in the drawers. The only thing I don't understand is how the vacuum works with a lid on.

We use the Mason Genie every day. It is so much easier to store dry and cold foods that we've bought in bulk. It helps the food to remain fresher much longer. This is a nicely designed product and the battery lasts for a lot of charges before running low.

I have only sealed a few jars, so far, but I’m happy to know that these things will be safe to keep in the pantry longer than if they were not sealed. I don’t like wasting food, like having some things go bad before I can get to them. The Mason Genie gives me that extra time. Thank you!

My first Mason Genie just stopped working after a few uses. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and after I sent a short video showing how it wouldn't charge, they sent a replacement. This product is great and keeps food much fresher!

I am loving how simple it works. I don't use flours, cornmeal, bread crumbs, pastas, etc as fast as I used to. Now, I have fresher product and much less waste. Google was good about explaining which ones, even tho they are sealed, still need to be refrigerated.
I really like it for strawberries in the fridge. Huge difference in the way they are lasting longer! Resealing is a snap!
Thank you for a great product!

Exactly how it was advertised. One thing I noticed, I put salad in a jar, vacuumed it in and it still looks fresh. No browning of any kind. That was about 8 days ago with a salad pack that was already about 5 days old.
This product is Awesome!

Majority of the time mine won't work. I'm super frustrated.
It wont seal. When it does work it's great. I can't promote this product when it won't seal. I don't know how to send a video. I'm trying to reseal of jar of cantaloupe. It worked the first time and the fruit has been fresh for a week.

Love the concept of using glass storage. The directions were quite clear and the instructions from the company before receipt of the product was a great idea. The only difficulty I had was getting it off the jar after the sealing process.

Ive rated 5 star even though I have not actually used it yet. I’ve rated it five star based on the fact that I’m excited to use it and think it will be an excellent product.
It did come as ordered, in good time and it is operational. I bought one because I have a family member that has one and they loved it. Hoping to use it soon!

Love it, already changing out my pantry and fridge..I bought one and thought I had received it before I did and then couldn't locate it, so I waited for a few days and ordered another one.. the first one came the next day... Now, I have two.. using one and a spare...not sad at all.. I've been using for dry ingredients and in fridge put salad fixings .. cukes have stayed fresh, so really pleased.. usually only half a cuke gets eaten and I throw out the slimey other half.. not the case.. so think...

I am very happy with the Mason Genie. I ordered three of them—two as gifts and one for myself. While one of them initially didn't work, their customer service was incredibly fast and helpful. They sent me a replacement right away at no cost to me. I'm really impressed with both the product and the quick, positive support I received. I would highly recommend the Mason Genie

I cut an avocado and used part on a sandwich; put the rest in a pint canning jar and vacuum sealed it. 2 days later I opened it up to put the rest on a salad and it was perfectly fresh. No brown spots.
Yesterday I put fresh basil from the garden in a jar and vacuum sealed it. Today it looked fresh picked. Keeping an eye on it to see how long it will last.
I am very pleased with this product and have shared info about it to friends.

I have been using jars for storing fresh fruits and leftovers in my fridge for a few years. When I saw this I KNEW it was what I was missing, the missing piece. I love this! My fruits last even longer! One request is to have one with a larger "mouth" for the larger jars. Otherwise, salute!
