I took my Haven out for an overnight in December to test it out and it was amazing! I've never been more comfortable in the woods. I am a side sleeper and though my shoulder did get sore after a few hours, I was quite comfortable and even sleeping on my back was amazing. No cold spots at all, so the pad is great as well. Can’t recommend Haven enough. I went with the Safari. I’ve always loved sleeping in hammocks over tents but the struggle to get the pad to stay in place and waking up sore from a curved posture are definitely the down sides. Not so with Haven. The true level pad is really comfortable. Insulated pad keeps you warm. I love my haven system, that said as you can tell the light string is only 2/3 functional. I put in a return request and sent photos, I also called and spoke to the folks there. I set it up on my backyard balcony to test and built a quick test frame with 3/4 pipes. 4 feet high, 10 feet long 36 inches wide. It is very windy where I live. I put a small bed sheet inside while it rained for 3 days. The bed sheet didn't get wet at all. I slept in it for 3 nights so far ranging from 7c(45f) to 17c(63f).
