Wow. Just completed 9 days in Quetico canoe Park. I am so impressed with this hammock. So comfortable. Thank you. I am attaching a picture of the tent with a Bald Eagle perched above it.

I absolutely LOVE my Haven hammock tent!!! I legitimately never thought I could ever sleep or camp in a hammock comfortably because I'm a strict side sleeper. This hammock tent is unbelievably comfortable, and I can lay FLAT on my sides! I lounge on my back, and it is epic. My mom had back problems, and when she laid in it she said it was more comfortable than her bed and it made her back feel great! Next purchase is a tent for her! I am very happy with customer service having answered a ton of ...

I tried the Haven on my Yobo Gear Freedom stand, and it hung like it was made for it! It sat at just the right height. Love the Haven tent hammock!

I bought the Kickstart kit a few seasons ago and fell in love. My only complaint was the width. I'm 6'3" 220. The XL is an amazing upgrade. My wife now hangs in the original Kickstarter hammock. The only drawback of the XL is the pad doesn't fit inside my Big Agnus sleeping bag, which is a long. I will experiment with a solution.

Greatest thing for hammock campers since underquilts! These things blew me away. They make finding trees suitable for hammocks so much easier, and getting to proper angle for a comfortable sleep is so much faster with the whoopie slings. price is unbeatable.

I am normally very hesitant to buy products that advertise on social media, I feel a lot of times you get click-bait products at subpar quality. I am here to tell you that's not the case with Haven! Material feels high quality, and I've never experienced such great customer service from an outdoor company. Even if it's user error, they are quick to replace any damaged parts. THE VIEW I love camping under the stars, but obviously weather can stop me from enjoying that sometimes. The Haven is gr...

I received the package last week and being super busy I didn't have time to check it out until Monday. I set it up in my apartment (I have two homemade stands in there) and took a few minutes to figure it out, but looks like high quality unit. Didn't get in it yet, took it down, repacked it and set it up again. I got in and my first thought was 'no way is this going to work.' The noise was very annoying. Left it set up, thought for a bit and came up with a solution. I put a twin size fitted she...

The Haven Xl was amazingly comfortable. Easy set up and never felt cold with temps going down near 30 degrees. In fact it got a bit toasty with the haven pad cover and tarp in closed. Only used a 30 deg. Quilt. Thank you Haven

The Haven XL was amazing. Super easy to set up and very comfortable. The pad cover was the icing on the cake. It added much needed warmth when the temps dropped Down to around 30 degrees. Never felt cold in side the XL with a 30 deg. Quilt.

The haven tent is probably the best tent I've ever used. And the only one I've put away the right way the same way every single time. With it's simple and easy design. It makes it perfect for quick teardowns and quick setups even in the middle of the night. Over the past year, the haven in my hands has seen more use than any other tent I've ever owned. Because of that It's been on more trips than any other tent. Me and my buddies bought the haven. As something that just thought "Hey, this looked...

I bought this hammock for a trip to the Wind Rivers and I have never slept so good camping. It was amazing. I also love the build in bug net and rain fly. We had rain for 2 days and everything stayed dry.

I’m new to hammock camping. With that said I’ve tried a few hammocks and didn’t like how I’d sink in either foot end or head end. Tossing or even moving was tricky. Now I’ve spent the past 13 years sleeping in the dirt because I was ex infantry. So sleeping is always up most in my mind. I looked at the Haven tent for the past 2 years before pulling the trigger and purchasing it. It worked as advertised. I slept AMAZING!!! I could move freely and from side to side because I sleep best on my side....

The Haven XL Hammock Tent has been a game-changer for my solo backpacking trips. I love it for its simplicity, comfort, and ease of use—especially when compared to a traditional tent. What I Like About It One of the best things about the Haven XL is that I don’t have to get down on the ground. After a long day of hiking, the last thing I want is to crawl into a tent or struggle to get up from the ground in the morning. With this hammock, I can just sit, relax, and when I’m ready to get up, all...

This year I embarked on a cross-country motorcycle trip. The trip was going to be filled with uncertainties, that included camping locations and environments. I was potentially going to be spending weeks outdoors and sleeping on the ground, while likely to happen sometimes, repetitively was pretty undesirable for me. I own many shelters of varying types and calibers, and choosing one was proving difficult. I did not want to take two types. Doing so means a larger list of equipment. This includes...

Tested my Haven XL on a overnighter this weekend. -31 degrees cel, in Norwegian climate..... so yes.... a little cold. Used the padcover and a raindeer skin, and my cumulus tenequa 850 down sleepingbag.... slept like a baby. I would really like if Haven made a warmer padcover. Maybe with down and a reflecting layer inside, but still light and small packing? Or a warmer sleepingpad :-) Haven XL Wither pad? Now thats an idea.

Let me tell you one thing: This hammock is THE BEST on the market! I have tested it for a year now, in all weather conditions and in all seasons. From winter in Norway to Summer in Sweden and autum/spring in Denmark. It is hands down the best tent/hammock you can imagine. I am sleeping like a baby. I stayed dry in very rainy nights and all my stuff stayed dry as well. Its awesome because you can hang your backpack inside the tent/hammock. I have a lot of products from Haven because I really enjo...

So I bought this because I wanted to go moto camping. I looked into several different options as far as a tent. I heard about haven hammock tents. I loved the idea and decided to give a shot. Haven tents did not disappoint. It packs up nice and tight and was perfect for my motorcycle setup. My buddy was so impressed with it that he now wants one! I'm a big guy and the haven safari holds me and my gear no problem! I definitely recommend it to all my friends and family!

After multiple nites in my Haven Safari XL & upgraded True Level Pad, I can say that it’s a game changer. Derek and the Haven Team knock this out of the park. After initially inflating the pad, I never added any more air what-so-ever. In fact, I let some out for my personal comfort!. It is truly a sleep level pad for the Haven Tent Hammock. I have slept many many nights in my Haven Safari XL with the original pad sleep system. My “original” pad had the mystery leak, but after adding anothe...

So I wanted to wait til I'd used the tent twice to work the kinks out and make sure I was giving it a fair shot. I absolutely love it! It's way more comfortable than my regular hammock and I actually get a good night's sleep! If I could give a couple little "future considerations" to the designers... Some kind of something to keep the pad from shifting in the middle. Maybe even just larger corner pockets? Just something so I'm not having to adjust the pad in the middle of the night because it f...

I have been following Haven on instagram for about a year, doing lots of research on Haven for a while and finally got one for Christmas! I can’t lie, I was skeptical it would meet the expectations I had for it. I thought it “this has got to be too good to be true, right? A flat laying hammock that somehow doesn’t fold in on itself or something, no way it’s THAT good.” But I dared to take the risk and buy it and hope it could somehow not be a gimmick. And oh. My. Gosh. This thing is INCREDIBL...

Very versatile piece of kit - hammock, tent and bivibag in one. Great for hanging in places where you'd never pitch a tent. If I could change anything (if Haven haven't already), I've added a second zip pull on the mosquito net - it's hard to reach if you pitch it the wrong way round! A longer rain fly option would be good for bigger overhangs to get dressed under. A superlight version would be cool.

Loving the Safari !!! This is my second Haven tent I also have a XL, their just so perfect I couldn't see buying anything else for the wife or to use as a loaner. The Safari is much larger but that is due to the much more robust and premium feeling materials used. The lounge strap is great really is nice for just hanging around in the tent. One of my favorite not advertised features is how well it blocks light out on the camo version. I am one of those easily woken by light with this compar...

I’ve had this thing for 3 years now. It’s absolutely amazing. It’s small enough to pack out on my small dual sport motorcycle. That’s a big deal with smaller bikes. This company always made it a point to advertise it may be the best sleep you get, that is 100% true. It’s even a little frustrating, as the regular bed I paid 4 times for. I’d rather sleep the Haven 300 nights out of the year, but she said I had to come back to living in the house after 2 months last autumn. I recommend this versati...

Love my Haven Ridge Light! I purchased this after seeing it on The Outdoor Gear Review on YouTube. It is perfect for my needs whether it is being used in my tent, or strung up between two trees to add some lighting for making my food and coffee. The color of the LED’s is not harsh and I love the dimmer . The Ridge light will continue to go on all my outdoor adventures. Thank you for an awesome product!

I finally got a chance to sleep in my new Haven hammock. One thing I learned, I need to top off the air in the mattress right before I go to bed. The temperature dropped enough to have the mattress curling around me a bit. But I still slept flat and was able to sleep on both sides and my back. I’m not a stomach sleeper and didn’t even try, but I’m sure it would have been possible. I am petite at 5’3” 120 and have the standard size Haven. If I was much bigger, I would want the XL for more elbow ...

I got my Haven Safari hammock November 1st of 2023. I have camped in it about 10 to 15 times. I really love to sleep in it and I've used it for backpacking overnight trips. Granted, it does weigh 12 and 1/2 lb but I sacrificed the weight for the sleep comfort. I will be buying the XL soon with the true level pad to knock down on some of that weight. I highly recommend the Haven Safari, not necessarily for backpacking, but it is doable. I think when I get the XL I'll be a lot happier about takin...

Beyond impressed!!!!! I was a little leary at first before purchasing it but after spending 9 nights in it I don't think I'll ever tent camp again. The most comfortable sleep I have ever gotten while camping. Set up and take down are super simple, can be done in minutes. The quality is phenomenal. I'll be honest I didn't read the directions the first 3 nights and had the cross bars on the bottom. Even set up wrong it was comfortable. Once I figured out the right way... Wow. So far, I have the tent set up in my backyard to see how it simply sets up and how it cradles me. It met my expectations and I like it a lot. The real challenge is this fall during deer hunting season. I want to set it up near my blind so I can creep out in the very early morning, sleep in the tent, then get into my blind at first light, avoiding walking out to blind just before first light. The tent impresses me that my scheme will work.

Recently used the Haven Hammock for the first time. Actually pitched it up in the dark, which was fine. Very easy to set up. We camped in dry conditions with a temperature of around 3 degrees celsius with a bit of wind and i was completely warm and fine in the hammock. I put the tarp down to block the wind and I couldnt feel a thing. Ive used hammocks for years and ive never been able to lie flat. With this Hammock I could. Excellent product, thank you!

Love my new Safari tent hammock. So easy to set up and take down and by far the most comfortable sleep outdoors I’ve ever had. It’s true you can sleep on your back side or stomach. I’ve tried it out on -7C with the insulated pad cover and I was really warm throughout the night. At about 12 lbs total setup, it’s pretty heavy, but I don’t mind because it’s so comfortable. Customer service is also top notch. I would highly recommend it.

I’m a side sleeper and have arthritis in my back. Sleeping in a bed was incredibly painful after a few hours. I found I could sleep in a hammock for a longer amount of time than a bed, but I couldn’t sleep on my side. Then I saw the Haven. I bought the Safari because I’m chubby. I set it up in my basement to test it out, and as you can see by the picture it now hangs in my bedroom. I sleep on my side all night and am comfy as can be. I’m going to take it with me everywhere.

It was a lot of fun and a little learning, thanks to you guys for replacing my spreader pole that I broke (no fault of y’all’s).. y’all are awesome to work with. This thing is the ultimate when it comes to camping. Very, very comfortable! I would recommend it to anyone. People that think hammocks are uncomfortable will love this. I have slept in a hammock for over 20 years after my chiropractor told me to try it. He was an avid hiker. It changed my experience with hiking and camping.

Well the light really does the job lighting up the hammock but I grab it while pulling my self up grabbing the guide line and light at same time and I heard a snap! Broke the line in the light. Once That happens the light is no good. So don’t tighten the light to guide line too tight. It is Fragile.
