Traveling the Idaho BDR by motorcycle 8 days. We slept 3 nights in rooms. My best sleep was in my Haven tent. The guys I was with nicknamed it the doghouse. I've not been in a situation where I had to sleep on the ground yet. Not sure I'm looking forward to that but I'm sure it will preform flawlessly. I like it so much we're getting one for my wife.

So I have purchased 2 Haven Tents thus far! My hopes are that they create a 550-600lb 2 person Haven Tent! Till then when asked I recommend the Safari Model all the way! Absolutely love my Safari Tent the pad is amazing the lights rule, and over all 10 out of 10. I have a Haven XL second hand purchased from haven and honestly nothing but trouble! It’s ripped, the pad doesn’t hold air, and the replacement the zippers are all messed up. Get the Safari.

Haven Safari is great! Very durable material that feels nice and solid. Inside is very spacious and the pockets are fantastic. It's even better at night with the light strip on. So far, I have the tent set up in my backyard to see how it simply sets up and how it cradles me. It met my expectations and I like it a lot. The real challenge is this fall during deer hunting season. I want to set it up near my blind so I can creep out in the very early morning, sleep in the tent, then get into my blind at first light, avoiding walking out to blind just before first light. The tent impresses me that my scheme will work.

Excellent yellow LEDs that attach well to a ridgeline. You dim them by holding a finger on the on sensor. If you tap the sensor it turns them off. When you tap it again, the lights turn back on to the brightness level they were when you last turned them off. The light strip feels a bit tacky to the touch so avoid contact with dirt unless you want to wipe them down later

Backyard tested for two consecutive nights. First night was in the 60s and I slept with one side of the rain fly toggled down and the other lined out to ground stakes. Temperature was perfect and it also poured all night and I stayed completely dry. Second night got down to 38 or so. I toggled down both sides of rainfly. Bought a Safari Second last year. I couldn't tell that it wasn't new. So far I've spent several afternoons napping in it and a couple weeks camping. It has worked flawlessly. Stayed warm and dry every time used. Fortunately I haven't had problems with the mattress like some. I use the Haven cover, 1 inch cheap foam and a fitted twin sheet to keep everything together. I've never had a problem of the mattress shifting. Love all the Haven products!

Just went on a kayak camping trip down the Buffalo National River. My haven tent was so simple to assemble and very cozy at night. It went down to 19 degrees one night. I added a simple underquilt for some added insulation because the temps were so far below freezing. It was easy to attach the extra layer and I used the fly attachment points to secure the quilt. After a slow start, which the customer service for Haven took care of with no hassle at all, this preformed flawlessly. BWCA trip 10/05/23. Two days of rain and not a drop inside.
