My dream since I was a child was to have a small house that I could take with me everywhere, like a snail. Here, Haven Tents has made this dream come true with a product of extraordinary quality and practicality. I bought a Safari model and I'm thrilled with it. An added value, then, is the customer service: available, kind and attentive towards customers. Well done! Enrico (Italy)

1st time set up. Absolutely amazing and comfortable. I am 6ft 255lbs and this is the most comfortable hammock type tent I have ever had. Plenty of room.

It's a great design but I wish the weight was less. I really really wish I could use my trekking poles instead of the poles the hammock comes with. I also wish the lowest sides where the hammock fabric and the mosquito net meets had a higher elevation. I feel a little exposed to wind there.

Hello Heven I am happy with the led light for the Garden hammock, however, I have a suggestion for you to make a led lamp that can switch between white light and red light. as I often use red light as it doesn't attract insects and it doesn't dazzle and you don't lose your night vision, so only 4 out of 5 stars

The Haven XL is a great product. I have set it up as a hammock and a bivy tent and they are both wonderful. I love the roominess of this hammock tent. I have not been able to “officially” camp with this yet but have slept in it to test it out. My intended use is for kayak camping and I’m so excited to get out in the wild and use it.

So far 3 nights in the Haven Safari. Slept well all 3 nights. That's the pro. Cons: I do not like the noise the insulated pad makes when you move around in it; it's quite loud. I'll be ordering the True Level pad when they have it back in stock because it is supposed to be quieter. #2 I don't see how you could fasten the fly down to the corner toggles from inside the hammock as they claim; maybe if you were double-jointed with a third hand. No way you can do it from inside with one hand blind. #...

Tried it out today in a local park. Very nice if the support line has a little slack, but when it's tight, such as when the trees are far apart and you need to get the hammock off the ground, it's very hard to slide. Unlike nylon straps it does not stretch, so that's a plus. Easier to deploy, easy to store.

Bought two of the haven Ridge lights. They do exactly what the site says they do. They have two mini carabiners on them that are adjustable for hooking the light up in your hammock or tent. The lights dim from bright to firefly mode. They are very lightwieght and compact. They also don't use much for power. I used mine in 30 degree temps and didn't seem to have any affect on the light output or operation. The light comes in a nice quality white nylon bag and there are two rubber twisty like ties...

I was looking for some kind of light for when I go camping. And I stumbled upon a gear review that loved the lights, so I looked up the company and there were the Haven Ridge Lights. I immediately liked them and wanted them for my tarp! I wanted something to string up, and have enough light so I wouldn’t have to use a headlamp just to see where my mug was! I may be able to send a pic later, since I’m going camping in May. I know they’ll fit in fine with my camping kit!

Been figuring out the Haven. I posted about the air mattress losing air, and I wanted to report back on that. Costumer service was awesome. As I mentioned I am 67 and rest for recoup is important. I understand they are working on a lighter weight mattress which will be really great. I still lose air, not an egregious amount, but it is Feb, and the cold obviously plays a role. This helps: Pump the mattress up, then top it off with air from your lungs right before you turn in. Getting better. ...

Pretty comfortable. Still trying to determine how much air the pad needs to keep from getting the taco shape while sleeping. Using a Snugpak Traveler2 temps got down to 45f the first night. With base layers on I was able to stay comfortable. The next night it got down to 36f, I did have a harder time staying warm the last night. No fault to the Haven as I never got CBS. I feel it was more pushing the limits of my bag at that point. Aside from the Taco Shape I really enjoyed it and it worked awes...

I haven’t taken it camping yet but I did set it up in my back yard and ended up taking a nap in it after setting it up, SUPER COMFORTABLE! After months of research and watching tons of reviews on YouTube, I have got to say this hammock is better than expected. Those videos I watched showed small flaws in different areas of the hammock, straps, rain fly and other small areas of imperfections. The Haven Tent company has definitely watched those videos and have made all the fixes for those small is...

Works as advertised, if you have a similar moment to me when you first set it up and then it sags when you sit in it lay down before you get bummed out; it totally levels out. Super comfortable sleep for camping, perfect for car camping or short hike ins, a little heavy for backpacking. Customer service is amazing, I had an issue with my product and they made it right as soon as possible. Fully recommend!

The pump filled the air mattress in record time, about 60 sec on the 30x80 xl size. It helped immensely deflating the mattress as well. Worked great as a power supply for the led lights. I can't wait to go camping

I have only slept in the hammock one night so far and it was great. The temperature went down to about 18 degrees and with the right sleeping bag and the insulated mattress pad plus the insulated cover, I was toasty warm.

I love the Haven XL but was getting a bit of cupping with the original pad - not that it was uncomfortable just a bit annoying. Than you Derek for designing the true level - no more bend down the middle, super comfortable and very warm. I combine it with the insulated XL pad cover for further comfort and it's the best night of sleep you'll get outside! Awesome products!

Nice rainfly. Very effective for such a light material. The camo pattern blends in nicely to the woods of the Pacific Northwest. It minimizes visual impact. The only opportunity for improvement i could offer would be to make the fly a little longer, so it extends past the ends of the hammock. This would prevent rain from hitting the ends of the hammock, which are not covered. Probably not an issue in other parts of the country, but we like our rain here in the PNW. Thanks !!

Went hammock camping on a island this past week and love my new purchase! We often have storms on the island and it was great that I could enclose the hammock and everything stayed dry. We didn't even need extra tarps above us, it was fabulous! The best part is that I have a issue with pain in my hips when sleeping but the ability to have one side of the hammock elevated allowed me to sleep without pain!! The only issue we had (as my husband also purchased one) was that the insulated pad made a...

Enhances the sleeping experience for cooler weather, for sure. I leave it on the pad all the time, not folding the mattress in half longitudinally when storing. No one is advised to do grueling distances backpacking with this excellent system. It is like having a quality mattress pad at home. With the Haven mattress cover, adding a closed cell foam Thermarest Ridge Rest Long (25 inches wide) under the Haven insulated air mattress works for me in eliminating coldness underneath. I used it in ...

The hammock was simple enough to set up with the instructions provided! It’s definitely comfortable to me. There is one thing I would like differently, is the zipper for the bug screen. I’d want it as a 2 way zipper. Otherwise love it so far!
