Very comfortable and fits in the hammock perfectly. After a long summer in the Boundary waters, Canoe Area, (BWCA) it was no surprise that it developed a slower leak. After sending an email regarding the leak a new mattress was shipped the next day. No questions asked. Customer service at Haven is outstanding!

Easy to set up. Use air compressor to blow up mattress. Rain fly could use some rigid supports instead of ropes everywhere. Next to the river rushing I fell asleep for 1.5 hrs nice and comfortable.

This ridge light makes camping at night all that more functional! Having this light just makes settling in for the night simple! It allows you to see a bit more of what you’re doing and even allows for reading things in the evening or nighttime!

Another must have item. Especially if using larger trees and you dont have enough tree strap to get the hammock up. They will save the day for sure and are very easy to use.

I love this hat! I've struggled for years to find a cap style hat that works for me, and to no avail. This stash cap is genius. Easily adjustable Velcro strap, comfortable fit, breathable, olive drab color is awesome, and of course the stash feature. Fold it and stash, it's great for hiking, walking, everything. So glad I discovered this!

I've only got to try it out in the backyard so for. I like the way it sleeps, comfortable with plenty of room. It is quiet noisy and requires a lot of effort to turn over. I think it will be my go to tent for sure.

Very comfortable. Definitely a game-changer. The slight increase in weight is completely offset by the huge increase in comfort. The only opportunity I could offer for improvement would be to increase the size of the "envelope" corners that hold the pad in place. My pad tends to slide out fairly easily. Thanks !!

Excellent sleeping experience. 2 days on the Flint River in Georgia. I got the older insulated xl pad, messaged with haven and they replied saying that the new pad was out of stock and they could swap it when they have them again. If that works that is great customer service!! Even with the xl insulated pad still sleeps great put not perfectly flat but by far better than any other hammock I’ve been in. Can’t wait to use it again!

Every time it storms, snow, rain, high gusty winds, I am out in the hammock tent enjoying the ride. I have never gotten wet and have learned how to stay warm down to zero Fahrenheit. I am buying one for all my close friends and have found the service and warranty to be great and the support was more than expected. They support you and their products.

Customer service is the greatest, it is refreshing to find a company that stands behind it's product without putting you through the ringer. I really appreciate your service and my Haven is great!!!

I only got one of these thinking that would be sufficient between the two of us, but we decided we want to get some more! One thing we didn't realize until we used it is that it isn't battery-operated, there must be a power source for them to work.

Have used the Haven XL once so far, very comfortable, easy to hang. It would be nice if the tree straps were a bit longer. I recently purchased the whoopie slings to aid in catching a tree when further apart. My only concern is the amount of condensation that was present in the morning when I woke up. Mind you it was 27*F that night. I assumed since the rainfly doesn't zip up tight that the condensation would have dissipated better! Overall happy with the purchase and looking forward to getting ...

Easy to set up comfortable to be in. I was concerned this would not work for me. I have back issues had to have surgery a year ago. Was looking for a light weight alternative for a cot and a large tent. The Heaven XL is definitely the answer. Its more comfortable than my bed at home.

Fantastic sleep system. I've used it during multiple weather systems, cold, windy, rainy and have always enjoyed the ride. I would recommend another tarp option that would allow it to be folded under for overnight or extended out for an overhang. A mat that is R4 is good down to about 35-40 but when the temps drop down the system has to be augmented. The insulated cover will give you another 2R and if you add a foldable sleeping pad under the mat held by the straps of the cover for a total R ...

Love my hammock. Did the job every night of my trip. I can't explain to you how awesome it was to sleep in my Haven XL and wake up in monument valley being able to see the stars and all of the scenery in its perfect glory. Thanks for an amazing product!

I was on the fence if this would really let you sleep flat, and to my amazement it really works!! they are really well built and super comfortable, I can't wait to go Hunting with it this year.

A real game changer. Truly lay flat and very comfortable. It’s like it’s not even camping anymore. I have chronic back issues and this is the key for me to get back sleeping in the outdoors. Nothing better than a good night sleep. Every outdoorsman should own one of those if not more.

Totally worth it. Using it with the Haven Ridge Light just works out. With the included adapters, we are able to fill and deflate wife’s Klymit pad and my Nemo pad.

Really nice!! This pad is a game-changer in how much it increases comfort. The slight weight increase is more than offset by the significant increase in comfort. This pad will definitely allow me to extend my hammock season further into the fall, and start earlier in the spring, because of the good insulation value. The only suggestion for improvement would be to make the pad out of a different surface, to prevent sliding and slipping inside the hammock body. I had to re-adjust several tim...

When I received our Haven tent I wanted to give it a test run in some marginal Minnesota weather. I picked a night that was predicted to be wet, cold, and windy. The forecast was right on and the weather was miserable. Having always been a tent user I was very surprised how comfortable the Haven tent was even under inclement conditions. I am really looking forward to the Boundary Waters this year knowing that I can expect to have a glorious night's sleep.

Had a problem with my first one. I contacted them they got back to me with in minutes of my first email and with in a couple of hours they were sending me a replacement. I couldn’t ask for more. A sign of a good company is how they take care of you even after the sale. Great job guys keep it up

I really like the lights to throw up while camping. You can hang them anywhere! I am having an issue though. When I plug them into a power bank, they always work. If I leave them off and plugged into a power bank, then try to turn them on, they won't work. A simple unplug and replug fixes the issue, but I'm really disappointed that I have to do it (considering the price). Almost a perfect light.

Not the same confined feeling from my other hammocks, a better sleep when paired with the Zimbivie bed. Kept the fly off due to the 90+ temps at bed time. One note, the zipper needs to be stronger, when nature called at 3:00 AM, and I sat on the screen to get back to bed, the zipper on the other side split open. Had to run the zipper key back from one end to the other to reseat the zipper. Immediately after fixing it, the other side split.

So far I’m really enjoying my new hammock, Its super comfy and very roomy. I’m not a small person, I weigh around 250 pounds and I have plenty of room to move around and get comfortable. The set up and take down is simple and easy, I love that everything fits back into the bag with no issues. What sold me is how flat you’re able to lay. I took a nap on my stomach and personally I think it’s more comfortable than an air mattress on the ground. It’s pricey so I’m really hoping it lasts a long time...

It is very comfortable. Very well made. The craftsmanship is spot on. It’s easy to deploy and set up. At first the only issue I had was with the bug net. When I first set it up the net was very hard to get zipped up. My wife had to help pull it down to help keep from breaking something. The second time i set it up is when I learned my mistake. The first go around I was using the woopie slings and got the ridge line to tight. It didn’t allow the net to have enough slack when I got inside. Also wh...

I have only slept in the hammock one night so far and it was great. The temperature went down to about 18 degrees and with the right sleeping bag and the insulated mattress pad plus the insulated cover, I was toasty warm.

Functions as advertised. A great night's sleep in the outdoors! Quality material. Easy set up and breakdown. I have a bit of anxiety when going to a new campsite that there wont' be trees far enough apart or close enough together, but I have been able to figure something out so far. It is an awesome item for me, but might not be the right choice for certain people. A few things to be aware of: 1. You need a mild level of fitness to fully enjoy the tent as you nave to stabilize yourself to some d...

I've only used it a few times, but it seems very well made and easy to setup. Maybe the netting could be a little thicker. Other than that it's very comfortable as long as you use a regular blanket instead of a sleeping bag. Using a sleeping bag doesn't allow you to roll over and scoot back to center under the ridgeline and then it tips. Just grab a regular pillow and blanket from your bed and it works great!

Pad is thick and I slept good on it but as others have said it is a tad noisy and it is tough at first to get the bag pump clicked in but it seals well once you figure it out overall I love my Haven Safari

So far so good but the air mattress has problems staying full of air. I can pump it up in the afternoon to have a nap and it does great but come back for bed and you need to give it some more air!

All in all, I loved it. The part I didn’t care for is how noisy the pad was. Every adjustment was loud. I did notice this holiday weekend you were giving away an insulated cover but I bought mine just before the holiday to use. I only hope that with that option it would ease the noise.

Really does allow a more flat lay. There is some sound when repositioning one’s body but not as much as the insulated XL. The amount of insulation definitely feels warmer. It is comfortable sleeping into the low 50’s with not that much blanket on top. Holding one mattress in one hand, and the other in the other hand, I swear the True Flat feels perhaps a little bit lighter. The fabric is not as thick. Both Haven mattresses hold air. Of course as it gets colder at night (we are at 7,200 feet ...

Was able to use my XL insulated Pad Cover on my Haven Safari this last weekend and found it to work very well. We had temps in the mid 20's F and staying warm was not a problem. Thanks for a great Winter use product to complement my Insulated XL sleep pad, it worked great!
