I have attached a photo of a recent purchase. When I first received this package, my heart sank when I saw that the box had obviously been through the wringer in shipping. It contained a 8" 600 grit Scotchbright wheel. But to my very pleasant surprise, the wheel was double wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and was in perfect condition. I am not a for profit sharpener. After watching the CCC videos I had to try the system. I got it right the first time, first doing a set of my own steak knife set, then doing a couple sets of my SIL knives thay are chef quality. I did them in 1/3 the time it usually takes which my gett thank you for
. I used this belt as my second step after the Cubitron belt. I do not have a 1x30" sander yet, but it would save a lot of space. The belts are easy to change out on the 2x42" sander.

The scotch brite came just in time. I had a customer with a vintage knife that had a big scratch in it from a previous sharpener (one of those hardware store machines). I used the scotch brite wheel to create a satin polish over the entire blade. You could still see the scratch if you looked real close but it wasn't near as noticable.
Cliff is an excellent resource for sharpeners. He has vast knowledge, quality products and timely delivery.
