Easy to order through the site and the checkout process was smooth. The order was delivered with no issue. Items separated to not cause damage in the packaging due to shipping. All in all a great experience.

Curry has been a big help with me starting my sharpening business and getting the right belt setup.

We did have a problem with shipping a package but it was completely on the USPS. When I made Cliff aware of the problem he handled it within a couple of hours. Shipped me the same products within the day and they arrived promptly. A couple of MONTHS later the original package box arrived looking like it had gone through a wood chipper...and completely empty. Thanks, USPS :). But I already had my stuff in use thanks to Cliff and his rapid response.
