If the box is mounted under the car you have to take the box down competely to do service to the heater.

La verdad es que encaja a la perfección para sustituir una bomba de gasoil de una estacionaria China. En mi caso es el mismo conector. Y la verdad es que hace bastante menos ruido que las chinas. Aún se oye un poco pero es algo mucho más tolerable.

I haven't installed it yet, visually inspected all parts and seems like it comes with everything you need for installation, quality looks similar to any other chinesse heater on the market but this one is EU approved. No wiring diagram included and the manuals are quite simple and limited.

The pump ist absolutely easy to install and the electrical connector of the pump fitted perfectly to the connector of my truma heater. The pump worked very well from the first second on. A little pity is, that the pump isn't more silent then the previous pump.

The supplied lead isn't long enough for a campervan underfloor instalation so in order to put the controller somewhere other than under the driver seat I had to buy this extended lead. It does what it does which is give you the distance to mount the controller in a convenient/useful place so it works, I do though think the lead supplied with the heater should be at least 5m long but then I guess you then wouldn't have the opportunity to sell these extended leads!

I bought the 2KW GSM version and experienced the following: The heater requires an IoT SIM card; normal data SIM cards do not work. The heater always starts in power mode, and the temperature mode has to be set manually each time, either in the app or on the control panel. This is annoying, so I'm deducting one point for that. The support team is helpful and responds quickly, thank you very much for that. The remote control is very small with vertically arranged buttons.

No explanation of the icons on the panel so couldn't link the operating instructions to the machine. Couldn't make it switch between centigrade and Fahrenheit without using the app. Machine looks well put together. Unico problema il manuale di istruzioni (non in italiano) e poco accurato per quanto riguarda le indicazioni sul controllo remoto dove vi sono delle funzioni non spiegate. Per il futuro sarebbe utile l’accessorio di una prolunga per il controllo remoto o di un telecomando.
