The unit is well made and easy to operate via the Bluetooth it would have been better if the controller loom was the same length as the rest of the wiring however the quality of the exhaust silencer was suspect with one of the pipes not welded to the silencer with gas able to escape around both of the pipes I did not fit it ,very pleased with the heaters operation

Hello, The heater is good and looks like a high quality product. However, the operating/installation instructions could be better. For example, it's not really clear which side the air intake and air outlet are on. The connections for the exhaust and air intake are also not clearly shown. The heater works fine. I repaced a 26 year old Eberspracher on my boat, dimension and mounting were exactly the same and I could reuse the heating tubes and also the exhaust. So installation was really easy. Only temperature control works poorly, it never reaches the setpoint. The heating gear is only proportional regulated, the offset is not regulated by increasing or decreasing the heating gear depening if more or less heat is needed to reach and maintain the setpoint. The heater itself is good quality and works perfectly. However, the connecting to the mobile app is pretty difficult and instructions not clear. There are two or three different versions on the instructions. Also, the manual that comes with the heater has no English version really needs rectified

Am Anfang tropfte unten am Kraftstoffschlauch Diesel aus. Habe dann die Vorspannung der Schelle mehr gemacht. Hier sollte man überlegen, ob man eine andere Schelle (zum anziehen) verbaut. Deshalb auch nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten Preis/Leistung völlig in Ordnung.

This air heater is brilliant! 2kw model purchased and fitted into a long wheel base MAN TGE. It heats the van perfectly, in fact, I’ve had to reduce the room temperature as it got too warm! My only gripe is that Bluetooth connectivity with the wireless room stat is stopped when using it on wifi. The app is different to the one advertised too. It’s a great little heater, very fuel efficient and has kept us warm in the highlands of scotland all Easter, even through storm David! I need to rever...

Die 2 kw Heizung ist bis jetzt gut und macht was sie soll. Einbau war einfach, nur die Leitung für das Display war für mich etwas zu kurz. Und für dieses Heizungsmodell scheint es momentan noch keine Verlängerung zu geben. Die Wifi- Verbindung ließ sich bei mir irgendwie nicht installieren- die App dazu macht es einem nicht leicht. Ich habe sie über Bluetooth verbunden, damit ging es einfach! Die Programmierung der Einschaltzeiten ist jedoch recht dürftig: Es gibt nur eine einzige Einschaltzeit...

The manual could be better, more extensive regarding the installation. I used online manuals from other brands and they were clearer. Also, I find it a bit annoying that you need to order an extension cord for the display. Why can't they just make it al little longer from the factory! The website is also a bit unclear here and there, but I already communicated that to customer service. Otherwise, the heater works well although I only used it twice yet. Customer service was very good.

It has a nice quality build & construction. The heating is good and start up fairly quick. My only issue is that the Bluetooth connection drops and does not reconnect automatically. I have to reboot app on my phone and manually reconnect.

Price is oke, bleutooth app needs improvement, sometimes it reacts late or hangs. Display and the cable length is short. The warm air is odorless and capacity was very good in our tent. The warm air tube is to short, so you have to extend. Overall good and diesel consumption was low . Nice product and quick delivery within 5 days .

The heater is great, heats the van well, I really like being able to control it on my phone and set the timer. However I ordered an extension cable for the controller, which was not delivered at the same time, as it had got lost in the warehouse. As we needed to fit the heater, we managed without and no longer needed the extension cable. I tried to arrange a refund but did not get a reply and the cable arrived a month or so later. I have ordered a Nordkapp heating in order to replace a China heating. First Impressionen was that the cover was already removed by incompetent people because the scews were damaged, probably of using wrong tools. Now I have installed the heating on my sailing boat. It is working fine. The pump makes almost no noise. Wat a difference to the China heating! The output heating power is also much better than China heating. Just one thing, there is still a noise, like a running fan, after switching...

I have just installed the diesel heater, havent yet plugged the battery. The product in itself is of great quality. The only downside is the none existing instruction on how to plumb it to the cars tank. We have used it in a Isuzu D-max truck and that is not to common. We ended up removing the tank enirly. Drilling a hole in the fuel pump snd installed the pipe there. Quite a large process for an inexperienced person.

It does the job, silent enough. Exhaust well designed, air intake can be improved since bended duct takes a lot of space. Start-stop has way too large margin (i.e. 5 degrees). Ramp up following re-start at full throttle may be inconvenient for those heating small areas.

Die Bluetooth-App ist unbrauchbar... jedesmal neu verbinden und nur mit GPS! Die Funktion der Heizung ist super und macht mein Wohnmobil echt schön warm. Dazu habe ich mir noch eine Fernbedienung und ein Verlängerungskabel für das Display geholt. Kann ich für die Bedienung in Fahrzeugen nur empfehlen. Jederzeit wieder.

Hab mich für die Heizung unteranderem entschieden weil sie eine Zulassung hat. Was mir gleich aufgefallen ist, ist die gute Verarbeitung. Der Einbau war eigentlich sehr einfach. Auch das verbinden per Bluetooth ging sehr einfach. Sie ist bei mir eingesetzt einen kleinen Raum mit ca 20 qm zu heizen. Sie bekommt den Raum bei -2 Grad mollig warm. Bin mal gespannt wenn die Temperaturen weit unter -10 Grad sind. Klare Kaufempfehlung

Without my own searches on YouTube I couldn’t have fitted it. The instructions are woeful. I have the 8kw version. It’s a little slow to react to any input but does warm the motorhome to the desired temperature. The pump is silent but the unit itself has a slight whine. Nothing overly intrusive. You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and does the job…
