Customer photo review of Air Bluetooth Diesel Air Heater 2kW, 5kW & 8kW 12V/24V UK

Good bit of kit warms my VW T5 in no time at all, easy to fit and operate although better instructions on the controller would help! App is easy to use though and works well. Instalation was straightforwards with no real problems. So all in all very pleased. Things that could be better!! Both the hot air pipe and exhaust pipe are quite short and both too short for my vehicle instalation hot air pipe was at maximum stretch and just long enough. The exhaust wasn't long enough to reach the side o...

The heater makes a good impression - for now. It has been installed in my boat for a couple of weeks. However there where two issues for me: 1.: Sometimes the fuelpump can't start right away uppon starting. I found that warming the pump up a little with an external airheater brings it back to live. I hope it is just a Matter of days until it hast been well 'grinded itself internally in'. 2.: There seems to bee a correlation between ignition-problems an the length of the exaustpipe. My pipe is ...

The packige was complete with all party necessary. The production quality is not top. But related to the aluminium housing ok. The additionol mpunting plate is painted instead of galvanized....thats not longterm usable. The heater works great so far. The manual could be better. Some Informations are missing.

So far so good! I replaced an old webasto heater on my boat and it slotted right into the existing mount and connecting the power, fuel and exhaust was all very straight forward. The ducting was a different diameter, but that was easily fixed. The auto temperature feature is really handy. Would recommend.

Customer photo review of Cube Bluetooth 5kW & 8kW Diesel Air Heater

Carsten G.Verified

I have 2 heaters and both are working well so far. I did use an existing Webasto fuel pump on one that caused a really bad wet soot build up, cleaned it with brake cleaner and its now working again. The Wi-Fi feature is great for starting remotely. One thing I would like is to have a frost setting as well as the normal setting. Great product.

Extra heating for the living room. A bit noisy when running on full power, but for keeping the temperature constant perfect. To shame that they don’t have an extension cable for the display yet…. Further perfect heater. Easy to install and works super. I would say develop an extension cable for the display and an adaptor to fit a hose also on the air inlet, then it will get 5 stars for me.

The instructions could be better, they are rather hard to follow, but once the heater is working, it is absolutely superb, gives off a load of heat, very quickly, just got to see how thirsty it is in reality. Overall, an excellent machine.

Absolutely love this product. I have had one before but I sold it with the my van so I'm over the moon and delighted. I have the opportunity to install a quality product that it's not only reliable but safe in my new van ready for many many years on the road exploring And I should mention the reason why I look for it so much is because it's silent. No more tick tick at night. Just hot air brilliant

Heater works perfect and is very silent. Quality is also very good and the stuff to mount it is complete. I just gave 4 stars, because it took more than 4 months to get it. They informed us that they have delivery problems, because they closed the road through russia. But it was worth the wait.

Excellent buy! It arrived super quick (next day). I had a couple of questions, used the website, and responded were the same day. Fabulous service. Easy to install (although the manual is very good, you can't beat YouTube for making things clearer). All working fine and ready to try out on a trip this weekend. Highly recommended.

Got my first heater back at the end of August and had a number of issues with it! It kept freezing and had to have a hard reset to make it work. Contacted Nordkapp for help. Tried a number of things but nothing seemed to sort the issue. In the end Nordkapp sent me a replacement free of charge. Fitted the new one and all is great. Really pleased with it and how it works. Our first one started to make funny noise. After sending an email we received a new heater within a couple of days. No payment’s whatsoever. Our new one is perfect. This is what you call the best after sale service! Not only words but action. Now sitting in our boat. Outside freezing, inside a cosy 24 degrees C. Surely we made a good choice!

Just fitted to my boat, had to change a few items to fit it, but seems to working OK. Installed a better twin wall exhaust pipe and had to buy an angle bracket due to it being wall mounted. Very easy to use. Just need the correct extension cable for the controller as it is currently mounted in the hold but using phone to control it Overall very nice quality heater.

The product is great: I slept in a very comfortable climate inside a tent while outside temperatures were close to three degrees. The app works very well; the only thing I find difficult was the remote control settings: my personal opinion, it is not so user friendly.. I have to make more practice. But the heater, itself, it’s great: silent, strong and fuel consumption very calm.

I installed it to Vevor diesel heater and it made the pump very silent. Now it is really possible to sleep nights. Only the normal air fun low constant noise, which is not a problem to sleep. Also, the electrical plug was exactly the same - just changing the pump - 20min. So, I bought the second one for another heater.
