I truly hope the product will meet my expectations! Finally received, only that spring is always busier, was expecting the equipment before the winter ended. No worries though, you guys had challenges and I’m delighted to finally have my own heater ;)

We are very pleased with our purchase, having bought so many cheaper versions and all braking within days or even hours. So far so good, they are quieter and run smoother, we are very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone with a diesel heater. I also contacted customer service and they were very helpful and got back to me with a polite, friendly email. What more could you ask. Stay warm and don't compromise on quality.

Hi everyone, I found the heater very good, in the fishing tent it kept me at 21 degrees all night, it was worth waiting all that time. Thanks to the Nord Kapp team

Had an issue with my heater not working after installation, worked at first then stopped all together, I was sent a new motherboard and control panel and this fixed the issue.

The Heater has a good look to it and the control panel at the front can be taken off and wired in remotely if desired. This would need some simple "DIY" connections ( probably using Telephone wiring. ) I read several rather negative reviews on line and became anxious, so before fitting it on the boat, I wired it up to a recently charged Battery in the garage and started it up. Just press the start button and be patient, it takes 30 seconds-1 minute to think about starting, and the Temperature l...

From the moment I opted to purchase a Nordkapp heater for my van I knew it was the right decision, the ordering process is easy and efficient and it arrived in very good time. The components are great quality and the installation guide is well written and straightforward. Yes I could have bought a cheap copy but I wanted reliability and quality, I got both for a very competitive price.

The aqua heater works great, but the binding to my mobilephone don't work. It's my second heater and by the first it was the same. Both works great, but no binding between the Mobilephone and the heater. I use androdt smartphone. I know, that nordkapp works to make a better App. So i wait for this new app

Installation was easy. On operation there were some initial hurdles that had to be resolved together with your Service team. On your homepage you do not have the latest and complete documentation available as well as the wrong Android App mentioned. Thanks to your Service Team that really reacted fast, the heater is now working fine and to my full satisfaction. With sound absorbers installed in the Air Input and Output path the heater is hardly audible. Fuel consumption is very low either. Over ...

Support communications were fairly good consistently in identifying the issue as to why my heater stopped functioning. They asked if I had the skills to replace the fan and if so they would send me a replacement part. All good to this point but I was unhappy that it took them an entire week to despatch that small part. It was mid winter and to lose an entire week of heating because they could not despatch a small part without delay, was very infuriating. Once the part arrived, I did the repair a...

The heater itself is superb, very well built. The app was a little difficult to connect with my SiM card, but worked eventually and being able to heat my camper up remotely is incredible. I had an issue with my heater, but Norkapp resolved it extremely quickly. So overall, I would highly recommend these over the cheaper heaters!

It's not often you purchase something with total confidence these days with bold claims that never seem to appear in real life, but this one absolutely blew me away. The diesel pump or oil pump as listed is absolutely as described. No noise, no fuss. Easy insulation. Can't ask for a better service. Thank you for just being a good company and providing good quality product. It's a breath of fresh air

> Too bad – otherwise a very good unit, but unfortunately, there was clearly a wrong description/assembly instructions included. That's why I mounted the device 90° incorrectly, causing oil to leak during operation. I had to completely rebuild and re-weld the aluminum housing I had previously fabricated. This extended the time required by a full day. Otherwise, a really good

This is the second diesel heater I have bought, the first one being a Chinese alternative. I have so much more control over this one, including going for the GSM variant, I can now control it from wherever I am. Piece of mind warrants the difference in price, which is not that great, compared to the two front runners in the market (Webasto/Eberspacher). I also like the ability to use it to circulate air in the summer without it heating the air. A feature not available with most Chinese heaters. ...

A note regarding the instructions. You says, the hose should be cutten into 5 parts. However, there should be 6 parts, so it should be 10 cm longer. 1 tank connection, 2 filters, 2 pumps, 1 heater = 6 😊

I thought it would be just a bit quieter, but with this pump you actually dont hear ANY ticking noise (after it is primed). Now the noise comes just from the blower.

This heater is amazing! It was my first experience with diesel heaters but from yt videos I know some things that we need to look out for on cheap heaters and this one seems well built! Really easy to fit, and it's so quiet I wasn't sure it was on! No errors when turnin on. Some improvements I'd suggest: the user manual doesn't mention the brackets so it took me a while to figure out you need to unscrew the "legs" underneath and replace them with the brackets. It would be nice to be able to det...

Todavía no he instalado la calefacción. Espero ponerla a funcionar pronto. Saludos!

Had a little problem with my first 2kw unit which I loved. Soon to be replaced by a new unit and again love it. A great piece of kit and the 2kw is ample for me.. having previously had 8kw heaters that just blow way too much heat and draw a lot more unessecery power... real unit and real happy customer. Highly recommended 👌 both unit and company for any other products 👌 🙌
