2 months for it to arrive . Very little communication. Stated black Friday and Christmas orders put them low on stock like they didn't know Christmas and black Friday were a surprise. So disgusted with their service I didn't even take pump out of box and won't be using it or any of their other products if this is the service they supply. Ordered items from China after I ordered the pump that arrived quicker.

The cut surfaces are very sharp because they weren't deburred. Why is the lid removable? It's unusable for underfloor installation. Either the bottom or a side panel should be removable.

I didn't really use the heater yet so I can't really rate it. I ordered 2 and one wasn't working properly so I talked to the costumer service and I could change it for a new one. Therefore I can say that I am really satisfied about the service of the company. It took some time but then it's quit a distance shipping from Spain to Finland. They always answered my mails and tried to help with the problem but since it didn't work I finally received a new one.

I ordered a under vehicle deisel heater cover in November and I still have not received it nearly 4 months later, the customer service is terrible !!, i have had no info on eta and so I still cannot fit the heater becuase I do not have the parts required.
I would not recommend anyone buying these products.

It is difficult for me to give a rating higher than 3 out of 5 here, as the GSM functionality does not work. The diesel heater looks very good and seems to be of high quality. Unfortunately, this helps little when the main reason I bought it was the remote start via GSM, which does not work. Please contact me if a Solution is available.

Aktuell habe ich das Gerät seit gut drei Wochen und möchte es als Frostschutz für meine Garage einsetzen. Bis lang kann ich es leider nicht, da ich keine konkreten Antworten auf meine Fragen vom Support erhalte.

The heater itself is good does the job, the thermostat doesn’t read accurately so struggle to have it at a set temperature in the van.
Then I thought buying this specific model would allow me to use a sim to turn on ready for returning from skiing, but with an active data only sim with no passcode on I can’t get the heater to bind and getting zero assistance from the company on this
