Habe die Fernbedienung Abends mit der Heizung verbunden und das Thermostat auf 17Grad C eingestellt. Danach hat sie nachts, als wir schlafen wollten, auf 22Grad aufgeheizt und nicht gestoppt. Dann auf einmal hat sie auf voller Stufe kalte Luft eingeblasen und ein Eigenleben entwickelt und ich hatte Probleme die Heizung auszuschalten. It never arrived. I order heater and few accesories- one is this one. Heater arrived late. Very late. Without the rest, In Shop looks like send, returned, on the way as 3 different packages. Total Caos, mail from nordkap that after black friday they have a mess in orders. I thing so!!! We want to make the return because the heater say error F03, no working. Nobody reply for the emails...500 euros and we are still cold and the rest of the parts we had to bought by amazon...Waiting for return inst...
