The instructions are very bad and the web site is misleading, I can’t find any drawings or photos that of the product in situ. Also the printed instructions were out of date. I’m still trying to find a photo of the product working in a cabin showing if it should be side on or end on to the wall.

heater works well, initially the oil didn't pump through, but all good second time.

Workshop perfekt. Super silent 😁. I mounted on my chinease olie heater. It’s just plung and play.

Toller Draht, bei Webasto/Eberspächer liegt sowas mit bei, aber irgendwie muss der günstigste Preis zustande kommen.

A great improvement in the noise, compared to the original pump I had installed, much, much quieter. A good Product.

Ziet er goed uit alleen de randen zijn erg scherp waardoor je je snel snijd. En deksel aan de bovenkant is een slecht idee. Beter was het deksel aan de zijkant.

Had a conversation with Nordkapp about external mounting the heater in one of these boxes but ducting the incoming air for heating from inside the cab. So bought the box only to then find out that the air inlet for the heater is a different size to the outlet and their 60mm ducting doesn’t fit. They don’t sell an adapter to fit the heated air inlet of their heater either. Slight feelings of being mid-sold. Box looks good enough though.

Service and customer service is shocking, I'm telling everyone to stay away from you products as they are cheap and don't get delivered, I've ordered from different addresses to test the problem, Any complaints from a missed delivery are meet with the same answer...we are looking into it , Pathetic, Keep slating the company on socials
