Not tried it yet, thought the display unit was Bluetooth connected to the main heater unit, not to be, so have to wait until all cable has been modified and then installed.

Well, I reveived my Nordkapp and it looks wondefull. But… the gasget which was supplier, does not really fit. I had contact with the customer service. Very friendly, but the technical department disagreed with me. For the moment I am not installing my Nordkapp yet, because in my opinion the gasget will cause a dangerous seal. It has been a week now that I have got a answer that Nordkapp technical department is re viewing my pictures again. Ongoing…

Looks and feels quality yet to fit

Terrible got a product late, and waiting for a reply about a product I received, not how advertised with a different control panel, no body has got back to me. I’m going to return the purchase as I’m not happy.

Great. It's a bit difficult to learn to connect it with thr heater...but we solved it.

Im very sad and the Heater do Not work as it should. And no andere from the Support is Bad. I Write an Mail because of an Terminal issue. No andere. The Terminal dont work With the Setting Button. The Setting Button only work once when i cut of the Batterie. And the heater Dont work with the Temperatur Control. When I put 17 degree in the App the Heater Runs and Runs Runs. Dont stop when Heater resch the Temperatur or Start again when the Temperatur dropped.

This is a replacement pump for the one that came with the heater, which lasted approximately 3 minutes. I haven't fitted this pump yet as I needed the heater working, I sourced another pump while this one took 11 days to arrive. I will keep it as a spare.
