Great, was recommended by a friend. Had it for a year now and is still in good condition. I have a crazy GSP who gives it a work out

We recently moved the location of our door and decided on a new flap since the other was weather affected (although still in great condition we just wanted a new one as it's in a more noticeable position).
Easy to organize and arrived quickly. Thx

Well made, very strong and we all love it. The dog goes in and out as it pleases without the crying at the door to be let in and out.
Best purchase ever!

My dog took to it very quickly and we wondered why we hadn’t bought this door years ago ! However, my daughter only pointed us to it recently.

Great quality door. Previously owned a cheaper version from Bunnings that never allowed us to thoroughly close the door and let a draft in. Wishing I bought this in the first place.

I tried two other brand dog doors with no success with Hope using them. She’d prefer to pee on the floor inside the door.
One door she considered wasn’t wide enough and the next had a ledge so deep that she had to climb over. I even went to the trouble of building a little ramp.
I took Hope who is a French bulldog to visit my daughter and amazingly she had no problem using their Alfie’s dog door! My daughter told me it was a Le Luna.
Her door arrived well packed and in good time. I was able to ...

The security pack has made us feel like our hurricane of a dog can blast through the door without any chance of things going wrong lol. However, the best part about the pack is that we feel secure and safe, no one can can just pop the door out. Best thing ever ( well, apart from our dog!)

Very happy with the one piece pet door. We installed as a fixed panel. Took a bit of fiddling to get it right but wasn’t too hard to do with a handy hubby.

First rental in years. Two small dogs. No way for them to get outside to toilet while I am away from house. This saved the day. Inserted in security screen and lockable
Wonderful!

This is a very practical and easy to use pram. I use it as a car seat and as a pram due to my furry friend’s injury and leg soreness on long walks.

Had the same flap for many years. But a new boistrious puppy chewed it when he couldnt get in...I was mopping floors so he was locked outside. The new flap went on easily. And it seems easier to clean...so far.

Absolute love the pet door insert. I have put up with being door-person for my cat Nukie's numerous outings outside during the night to toilet/fresh air. Now, I have undisturbed night sleep!
The magnetic plastic flap was so secure Nukie just sat and looked at it, waiting for flap-person to operate it. I have since used fishing line to hook the flap to the mid bolts, and valcroed homesewn denim flaps in place. The plastic flap is still easily useable.

While the door ideal and my dig is using i made the mistake of not taking into account thr width of my doors. So now the problem is I have only 26cm for myself to get through siding door.
Fortunately it is my laundry door and I can go the long way through my patio door.😏
Oh well what can I do? My mistake.

Fits well for the space and allows us to let the cats and dog roam in and out without needing to leave the door open for them!
Love that the flap can attach to top of the door for the cats that don't seem to be able to push through the magnetic catch while closed. Hopefully they'll learn to use the flap properly soon!

So happy with this doggy door. No more getting up through the night or using wee pads. My pup loves being able to go out and come back in any time. We have stacker doors and I was worried it wouldn’t work but I’m very happy to say it does and fits perfectly. The door is strong and sturdy, it’s just perfect. We’re very happy customers and would highly recommend La Luna pet door to anyone.

Have you thought about engaging with the mayor sliding door manufacturers to see if they would be interested in offering your product as an option for their door offerings especially on new builds and renovations.
Yes it might mean that you have to update your colour selection options but I being a dog owner would be very interested in knowing the pet door can be an inclusion in my new build or renovation.

Absolutely wonderful.
I am a repeat customer ...we moved recently and realised that we needed two pet doors.
I went straight to LUNA.
Great commmunication, professional Installation and the dogs used the pet doors immediately.
They are very well designed and very quiet.
The installer was absolutely professional and did an amazing job.
We needed one for the garage/courtyard and one for upstairs balcony.
We LOVE that it affords the dogs so much autonomy and I am sure that they love it too.

Our older 12yo labrador needed to go outside during the night. I was hesitant in purchasing a doggie door as I wasn't sure if she would learn to use it..., but seriously, within 2 seconds she was in and out as though she had used it all of her life. I couldn't be happier. No more waking me up each night to go out. Best product ever!

Great purchase!
We had to purchase a pram due to one of our dachshunds experiencing IVDD. The pram is super spacious, can definitely fit 2-3 dachshunds at a time.
Pram is probably a bit too big for just one dachshund but perfect for our little dash pack!
Great for those longer walks and picnics.

The La Luna pet door has been fantastic for our spoodle and cavoodle. Unlike our old doggie door that just had a mesh, this one actually keeps the rain out, which has made a huge difference. It’s super versatile and does a great job of keeping bugs and rain from getting into the house. Highly recommend it if you're after a quality pet door that offers proper protection.

I had to get a different colour than originally ordered as my order delivery kept getting pushed out due to lack of stock.
The team were incredibly helpful and if receiving the panel wasn’t time sensitive, I would have been happy to wait.
They quickly organised a different colour and it was swiftly delivered. It has been amazing. The weather seals don’t work super well with my door (which I believe is on an angle and not an issue with the panel itself) so I’m looking into different options now...

Very happy with this product. I had bought a doggy door from another place initially but my dog had to take a large step over the raised ledge to get out and back in which then meant she was too tall for the opening despite being the right size. I changed to La Luna and it was perfect. The ledge is minimal and my doggos can fit through with ease. It suits my little dog and big dog and even the cat who was the first to work out how to use it.
Highly recommend.

This is the best doggy door for our big AMSTAF. He comes in and out when he wants during the day and night. We use to leave the sliding door ajar for him and we had birds coming in to eat his food which he didn’t like and so we a mess to clean up when we came home. So purchasing this door was a no brainer for us!
It was easy to install into our existing sliding door. It was money well spent.
