La Luna Pet Care ReviewsSee store reviews

We previously bought another brand, however, we had to return it as our dog wouldn’t use it due to an extra high metal panel fixed to the bottom of the insert supposedly there for stability 🤔😒. The rubber weather seals didn’t seal anything and immediately came unstuck 🙄. As soon as we installed the La Luna insert which took minutes, our pup used it straight away. The weather seals actually sealed and stayed stuck too. The La Luna door insert is of superior quality. Although it was slightly more...

This company is great to deal with. I had to speak with them a few different times to find the solution that would work for my very high screen doors that go the full length of my back patio. I was unable to find any other product that had the security and flexibility of the La Luna pet door. La Luna staff understood my needs & provided great advice. I was able to buy a pet door and extensions that reached the full height of my back door. I also think it is very reasonably priced for the quality...

Very happy with purchase of the folding pet door insert, black size large. It is a high quality product, the materials are sturdy and have stood up well to heavy use by our three medium sized dogs (Basset Fauves and Beagle). Handy to be able to put the insert in and out if needing to secure the house for longer times away. Expect item to last many years, very glad we invested in this product rather than cheaper alternatives. Received item quickly via post, well packaged and item as described. Ea...

I have very tall sliding doors. The doggie door fit very neatly and easily and looks good. Only issue is the draft sealing which doesn’t stand up to regular use. Training the dogs was relatively quick and effective if you keep the plastic flap clean. Otherwise they see it as a barrier. As my house had no external wall that was suitable and has heavy double glazing throughout, this dog door is a perfect solution. I would recommend it. Makes a perfect solution if you have a problem with t...
