The long piece is nothing like the photo displayed on the website and doesn’t work for my door setup which is standard. Customer service is no help at all. I even called before purchasing to make sure I’d receive the piece as advertised. I won’t be a repeat customer and I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.

Door arrived. Was mostly easy to set-up. Because my door way is so tall (2.3 metres) When I first put up the pet door it would fold in the middle as I was unable to add the bracket to hold it in place. After contacting them they said I needed to flatten the bracket out to affix it. Had to use a cement block to flatten it out. Would have been great if they had supplied a “flat” bracket. Also the“seal” strips weren’t long enough so there are gaps. This is a bit frustrating as I told them how...

The cabana was quite easy to construct . However I recommend a minimum of two strong people to pull the netting over the poles.
