We live in the Pilbara, so opted for the outlet priced door to help recoup dollars towards the shipping - am honestly just happy that these guys ship here, a lot of companies don't. The folded design made the carton easy enough to move and manoeuvre, and we really couldn't see any problems/damage to the door. The dog took to it straight away. So now we don't have to choose between locking him in the house all day to keep him cool, or leaving a door partially open and coming home to a furnace....

This latch didn’t come with the original pet door but had to be sent from La Luna several weeks later when the latch on my sliding door was way too big to fit the La Luna door. Filing it down was impossible as it was 1cm too wide! But after ringing the helpline and sending photos of the problem to them, they said they could send a latch at no extra cost that would fit. And thankfully it did!

The installer tried his best to put the door in properly but unfortunately there is a slight gap and I can't lock the door. He said our door wasn't straight. If I had of realised I wouldn't have paid so much. I should have paid someone to put a doggy door in a different spot.

Very easy to setup and our dog has taken to it really fast. I liked the addition of the foam/rubber to really secure it in. The dog door itself is a soft plastic which is much nicer than other ones on the market as it’s no where near as noisy as our last one! It’s so nice how low it is to the bottom railing so our dog doesn’t have to climb or jump over too. Also loved the option of a cream colour! We will be purchasing again for our upstairs balcony too.

We’ve moved into an apartment and it fits beautifully into our balcony. I was nervous about my cat on the balcony but he loves his ‘house’ and uses the hammock and the corner fixing regularly. The door is sturdy, but didnt perfectly fit into my sliding door frame, so needed some padding up to stop the wind rattling it, but overall very happy. The non installation locking mechanism is a bit tiresome to use, but in a rental it was my only option. Would have preferred the other locking device.
