Very happy. It fits perfectly. It was easy to order the right one. Just 1 thing with the installation video when he shows you the right way to put the insert in at the end, you only get a second to focus on it.

the patio pet door was relatively easy to insert but the screws provided are not long enough. Happy with everything else now the dogs have to get used to using it. :-)

Really happy with the doggy door. Didn’t quite fit as I thought it would, but we made it work. But it’s lovely not having to get up and let my pooches in and out every 5 minutes. Happy with the fact I can take it with me if I move. Thank you.

Quality is great Instructions a little vague Very happy with purchase Perhaps some diagrams to explain installations for the average Lehman Dog took about 2 days to use it Easy tho

Extremely happy with our new patio pet door. We needed an upgrade as we welcomed a new (much bigger) fur baby to our family! It's very sturdy and surprisingly quiet withstanding a boisterous puppy bursting through it a gazillion times a day! It is great quality, simple to install and looks great! Highly recommend this product.

Requested 2 additional magnets to prevent wind from opening the flap door and allow cold air from coming in. Staff were incredibly helpful. Great product and service- goods arrived within std Australian postal times. Simple to install after watching the supplied video links- jobs done.✅

I was recommended to your pet doors by the breeder of 2 of my Golden Retrievers. I have a 7 year old, Ollie who has not ever had the use of one. I bought the door for our new addition - 2 month old Gus, who immediately used it & taught Ollie over a few days! Very happy with the fixed version. 😊

Easy to install just as it said. Golden retriever fits through it easily, plus the Maltese and rag doll. The rag doll is still getting used to it but she’s sure getting the hang of it. Stops the cold breeze during the night. Can’t recommend enough. Speedy delivery and easy to install. Thanks a million.

It’s a great product. Great quality. I found it a little tricky to install with the security pack as the dimensions of my sliding door were a little different, but once installed it blends in seamlessly. Thanks 😊

Well designed, well made piece of kit :) Quick delivery, easy to install and awesome customer service. Highly recommend if you want to stop being a door butler to your dawg!

My cats love the La Luna cat enclosure! They love sitting in the sun and swatting all the bugs that come their way! It’s great outdoor time for them, but keeps them safely in our yard 🐾

Great door, easy assembly. We didn’t remove lock from our sliding door and just put a bolt up top to secure our door. Love that the flap Is magnetised so you can flip it up and it stays while your fur baby gets used to it. Also having piece that slides over flap if you want it completely shut is great.

Thank goodness, the largest La Luna pet flap fits perfectly the Animalistic pet door, which company is no longer in business. Arrived over the Tasman pretty quickly, and fairly easy to fit with two people's hands! 😄 The pet flap that was replaced, after 21 years had broken down chemically, so we urgently needed to find a replacement of the correct size, and it was quite a job to get one large enough from around the world.

The pet door insert is great easy to fit I was a bit worried about the size 300mm wide but my Alaskan Malamute has no problems fitting through Highly recommended to people with large dogs

Easy to fit the glass insert, purchased the screen door adapter however doesn’t work with our door as it is a three door alder and the screen door is in the last of three channels. Other than that it is great, being able to use the door like normal is a game changer.

It took our staffy a little while to get the hang of it as I think it was too clean and he thought it was glass. But once he did, he now can rush out to steaky beak at all the neighbours

Love my door, love the replacement flap. These guys are the best. The videos on all aspects of installation - door - flaps etc make all the difference. Thank you very much - no longer need to keep the screen door open for the dogs and get eaten alive by mozzies :)

The dog door was a great fit, the color blended in well with my new sliding doors, and I had my handyman undertake the procedure to lock the door into my current porch. Very secure and draft free, though my handyman did add a few more screws to ensure the dog door was secured into the frame.

Super easy ordering process with a link provided. Follow up customer service to ensure my order had arrived. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks La Luna for the new replacement door flap!

Works great just the right length for the medium size door magnets are great as they keep the flap attached to the bottom of the door opening. The cavapoo can still push through the door & the magnets let go back to attach to door

My cat likes his La Luna stroller so much, he sometimes sleeps in it when we are at home. He feels very comfortable in it, and it gives him such a smooth ride when we are out and about

This was a great purchase. The door is very secure and well made. My dog learnt to use very quickly and it holds up - even with the large breeds. So very happy with La Luna thank you

We had a lot of trouble fitting it into the door frame,I had to get a friend to make some adjustments to the top of the door to eventually make it fit in , but is is very sturdy n our cat n dog have no trouble going in n out .

Love it and my dogs too. I don’t have to be woken in the middle of the night to let them outside. The only thing I would add, is a bit stronger magnets to hold the flap shut in the wind, as my big dogs are strong enough to push through, so would cut down the draft.

I haven’t opened the box it came in as yet as I brought it to go into my home that isn’t built yet. I have had one of these doors before & I loved it & so did my Westie. 🐾 Thank you 😁

My door is a little higher than standard but not high enough to warrant an extension piece. I simply added some angle onto the bottom track and it fits great. The insert works really well and looks great!!!

Arrived on time . I fitted it 1 hour later. Only problem one of our dogs are confused, he can see right through clearly, our other dog runs through. Very pleased, good service.

It took a little while for our dogs to get use to using a dog door but they love it! We find it sturdy, weather proof, especially in heavy rain.

We choose this option rather than getting a permanently installed dog door, not just because it was a cheaper option, but because we can easily move the insert to another door if we need to. It fitted like a glove. All we have to do is train our new adoptee to use it.

We have a larger than normal sliding door. It fits perfectly with the extension pieces and all of the additional hardware supplied made the installation really easy. The hints and tips for adding security really helped. Our cavoodle really loves the convenience of having the door available 24x7

I love my new dog door it's fantastic and less stress for me having to open the door for Charlie to go outside all the time now he comes and goes as he pleases even when we go out he can stay in the house and go outside any time instead of having to lock him in the garage. Thank you La luna petcare

We bought our 1st door when we moved into our new house in 2021. We have really high doors It was so good that we could get extensions to make the La Luna patio door fit just right to our main glass sliding door. We have just installed a 2nd La Luna patio door to the sliding doors on our patio as we just added a male golden to our family & the height of the doggy door opening is so much bigger than your store bought doggy door. We love both of our La Luna doors & so do our dogs.

A visiting puppy tore the flap off my dog's door during the Christmas break, but as soon as you were open I rang to request a replacement. The order was dealt with efficiently and a replacement flap arrived within days.. it was easy to instal and my dog and I were happy again. Thank you, La Luna.

I purchased this for my daughter's dogs as they wouldn't use the previous one. This one has been a huge success, mainly as it is much lower to the ground making it easier to get in and out. Thank you
