Ok.
But with my type of lock I needed to buy the screen door adapter because the channel in the pet door insert will not accommodate this type of lock.

Was easy to install. It is not I. It's final location, but will be easy to take out and move. It is extremely handy that two "D" seals are included because the location where it will eventually be installed is in the other side of the opening than its current location.
The doggo is quite happy now to come and go as she pleases without waiting by the door for us to let her out.

Super easy to replace. We only replaced for aesthetic reasons as it was starting to yellow (after 6 years of slobber!) otherwise the original flap still had plenty of life left in it!

I didn’t realise how dirty the old one was. It looks so good having the replacement part in. Plus it was easy for me to replace, just using a screwdriver

Fantastic service. I have a complicated situation with centre closing, very tall doors. The team made it easy to order sending links to all the parts I needed and showed me how the door could be inserted to the side of the sliding doors easily. Very happy.

Excellent product! Very good quality and the dogs used it straight away. Wasn’t that straightforward to install, but that was more to do with the existing glass door. The flexible flap is much better and the design keeps the weather out. Excellent service and quick delivery!

The Pet Door is perfect. Not as easy to install as I expected and needed to get a handyman to install it as the three extension pieces added height and weight.

Such a great product. I’ve had my door for 5 years and just needing my first replacement flap now, and only because I’m moving and want it to look new!

Love the Luna pet door. Fits perfectly into the glass security door. I defiantly recommend this door if you rent. We have extra tall glass doors, the extension worked with no problems.

This the second replacement flap we've got for our sliding door pet door panel, still going strong after years of use. Happy to get another one when this one gets worn and weathered in another few years. Great product, well worth the purchase.

This door has transformed my life. it gives the power to my dog instead of me. My wonderful brother in law installed it for me and he made a few modifications to enhance its strength and robustness as it is located on a balcony on the fourth floor receiving the full force of weather. I highly recommend everything about this door and will buy again if/when i move.

Made an enquiry re addition magnets to prevent door flap from opening in heavy wind. Staff were proficient in helping me out and arranged a couple of extra magnets plus provided me with the link to show how to install. Can’t expect more than this. Excellent work. Have recommended to friends that have pets requiring such a great item.

Easy to install and looks great. The original door had been in for two years but the metal strip got corroded by the salt air and the plastic was discoloured by constant use from my dog. When I replaced it my dog was very confused ( momentarily) to have such a clear door to go through! Great to know I can replace it again if I need to.

The product is fantastic, except for how the product was posted. The item sent was rolled up. Had to open and leave flat before changing over with the old one. This is the reason I had to replace due to the old one curving over time and wouldn't seal to stop flies coming in home. Thankfully the new one did flatten out to install. Works well.

Delivery of the door took a while but that was because of the colour I chose. Anyway it was worth the wait and it really is a good idea. It fit with the original extender in the package and is well made and sturdy. I added the rubber edging on both sides as well as some of the window seal strip and I couldn't feel any cold air come through. Dogs went through it easily. I'm very happy and glad I purchased it.

We needed a bigger door for our dog and decided on this one as the reviews were very good and a reasonable price.
Installation was very quick and easy and our dog has no issues using it.

The door arrived with some scratches and a dent … unfortunately I wasn’t able to send it back or speak to La Luna about this because I really needed the door installed for the dog as far as the product goes it is a good product just disappointed that it was slightly damaged in regulars to the scratches and dent in it.

The yellow colour matched my sliding door perfectly. I was glad to finally find a large dog door that my dog didn’t have to step over a 30cm panel to enter. Putting it together was quite annoying, would recommend having a second person to assist.

Soon to be fitted.
I had a problem with Australia Post. They were late messaging me about the time of delivery so came before I could get home.
They took it to the Post office. Which I find very inconvenient.
I rang Australia post. Knowing I wouldn't get a win. But I had to try.
I always have deliveries left at my door and have for ages.
They insisted that you had insured it so it had to go to the PO.
I was concerned it was the door which I know ...

Postage was a little slow but once it arrived it was super easy to install thanks to the video sent via email on how to install it when it arrived! New door flap appears much better quality than original with much stronger magnets that actually keep it closed to stop the flies from getting in. Very happy.

The only thing I could say is I scanned the barcode and watched the video but didn’t realise I had to watch a different one when you had the screen door adapter so had followed the wrong instructions so had the door handle in the wrong place. Also screws are too long I felt. Would have worked better not having to cut them off. Overall though do love the choice to be able to lock both doors!

We have a newly adopted 7 year old border collie (who was an outside dog) and were not sure he would get used to using the door, but after 15 minutes, he was using it like a pro and seems so much happier being able to come and go as he pleases - thank you!

It took a few days before our young dog would use the door, first he was happy to go out but wouldn’t come back in. However he now loves having his own door and zooms in and out whenever he feels like it. It is good to know that it can be locked if we are all away.
