This is a great cat enclosure. It sits on our deck and our kitten enjoys some outdoor time. Its solid and very sturdy and well made. It's worth the price knowing your kitten/cat is safe. Highly recommend.

I am glad the sales rep recommended the lock. Its perfect and fits nicely. This door and lock is alot better than the big retailers. After struggling for so long, we are so happy with our purchase!

We bought the original door system about 14 years ago but probably should have replaced the flap anywhere from about year 12 onwards. The replacement fits perfectly and was easy to install. Ironically as it's so clear (again) that it freaked our 15 year old dog out a little bit ! All ok now.

I have had several dog doors in the past and always bought the cheapest. This time I invested in a quality door and the difference is unbelievable. It fits better, it seals better, the flap is low which accommodates my Pug and my Bernese Mountain dog. If I had bought this door on the first instance, I would have saved hundreds of dollars. It has been the best pet purchase I’ve ever made. Easy install, dogs used it instantly and I still haven’t expressed enough how impressed and happy I am with t...

Super easy to set up for temporary if not setting locks on your door and the patio door feels sturdy and of good material .however if you are planning on having your sliding glass door attached to your current door lock with the patio door there are some extra work involving power drills and measurement and the bit I am not a big fan of was after drilling through my door lock onto the security panel . I found it difficult to remove some the drill bits from the screws and you need some extra tool...

I bought this pram to upsize from my existing pram to have more room for my 3 dachshunds . Sadly my old boy passed away before the pram arrived . After putting it all together which was really easy and straight forward i was very happy with the result. The pram is great quality , easy to push and manoeuvre and the rain cover and cup holder are a great thing to have . Delivery was a little slow and the pram was MIA at one point but that was because of the xmas season . Thanks to the team for dea...

Great, sturdy build. Easy to install and a great option for renters. It completely changed the game for my dog's happiness. I have a maltese shih tzu and got the small, white, foldable door with the bar lock. The bar lock is sent separate and took a few days to arrive after the doggy door did.

My old door (different brand) broke so I was extremely happy with how fast it came. Very quick and simple installation and no problems at all. It’s been in for about 3 weeks. Love it.

The first hammock lasted our 3 cats a couple of years. This is now the second one. The cats love their hammock and it holds more than one cat! Great product for them to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine!

The goods arrived as scheduled and in good order The product was easy to assemble and install as this one was for a neighbour, and I had installed one for myself previously. Customers are completely happy with the product design, the materials used and the excellent blending of the overall door assembly into the balcony door frame, alongside the sliding glass door. Perfect for containing my kitty post getting spayed. Room for her litter, room for her food & still room for her to move around without pulling her stitches by jumping up on furniture. Fast delivery from time of order. Came quicker than I expected.

I installed the door into a 2400mm high heavy duty double glazed sliding door on the seventh floor of a new apartment building. The door frame width was 40mm, so your 15mm frame needed additional seals. The existing door lock plate was 17mm wide, so did not fit inside your door frame - more seals because the lock was now leaving a 15mm gap between your door and the existing. Many headaches, not perfection, but just OK.

Easy to install, the extensions work well and the cats are getting used to it. The colour was a perfect fit with our doors and it blends in fantastically. So far so good.

Great quality product - we bought the medium, full glass patio door insert in silver (I have another in black) and they are great quality and match the door perfectly! Highly recommend.

Very quick delivery! Patio insert & adapter fit perfectly into my door frame. My Chi is slowly learning that he can go in & out at will. I have tried another version but Joey would not use it as he could not see through the opaque flap. La Luna has a clear flap so Joey is now happy & I do not have to deal with flies in home because my sliding door had to be open to allow Joey to go outside

The door looks really good, but a bit of a nightmare to put in ( permanent). Would be good if the screws were the same colour as the door frame. But nice door. I would buy again.

Honestly with the reviews I was a little nervous. But I was pleasantly surprised! The product arrived promptly, it is good quality and fit with relative ease with no need for a handyman. I am in a rental property and the bar lock that was also purchased with this helps keep The door secure without the need to drill any components in. Happy customer!!

I only purchased the door as a trial as I have a rabbit and was unsure if he would use it. It was easy enough to install but I found the magnet was too strong for Coolio to push through but I was able to dismantle and adjust the height a little which makes it a lot easier. He’s still getting used to it but so far it’s going well.

Patio pet door looks great. Pets a little unsure at first but starting to get used to going through it now. It did take some time installing the lock part as had to buy another lock for my door as it would not align up but overall great. Would recommend.

Had no trouble fitting the new one Yoda loves it. The old one opaque and very sticky. The product probably only good for a year. 2.5 years too long. In my opinion the flap material not suited for Australian conditions. David

I bought it for my son. Their cat kept waking them up early to go outside. They are very pleased with it ,as the cat can let himself out now. I already had one for my shepherd which I bought a few years ago and have been very happy with.

Happy with the pet door overall. The flap was a little too stiff for my cats, so I removed it, but otherwise it’s working well and saves me having to constantly open the door for them. It would be great if there was an option for a lighter cat-friendly flap.

Love the pet door insert! My dog took to it super easy and she loves the freedom it gives her day and night. I was deciding between the medium and large and ended up going with the medium and it's been fine for my pup! She just ducks a little to get through without issue and it means I have a bit more security with a smaller opening. For reference, she's a Springer x Poodle and is approx 50cm tall.

Good quality and fitment was easy. With the screen door adapter it looks fully integrated as if it was part of the original door frame. Only improvement would be to supply black bolts and screws with the black door. (I ended up painting all the fixings myself to give it a more professional look) Thanks!

The door was very easy to install. The dog (big mastiff) took a few days to adjust but she uses it happily now, so no more leaving the door open for her and letting in mosquitoes. I didn't get an attachment to stop the screen door sliding across the opening because I misunderstood about that. Otherwise all good.

The Luna dog door is great. We are in a rental and it’s a relief to find a product like this to use. Easy to install (You will need a drill). We also purchased the bar lock just Incase but are not using it. We purchased a size small which is used by 2 small cavoodles.

Hi, I ordered this product on the 12/1/26 and did not receive until 12/2/26. I had no feedback from you at all on when the product would be delivered, I rang on two occasions to find out why my order had still been delivered and was told that the product was out of stock and would be delivered when it became available. I am very disappointed that I had to keep following up myself as to why the product had not been delivered considering that I had already paid upfront for the goods. Regards, P...

The door was pretty easy to install and does the job. I do have a few annoyances with it though: 1. even with the safety part, my door cannot lock 2. The extender at the top sticks out a bit and is constantly getting stuck causing the doors not to actually close properly unless I push in the part of the extender as I close the door 3. The bottom of the foam for the wind connector doesn’t stay in place so I’m constantly having to fix it. I do love the door though but these three things do make ...

An amazing product matched with excellent service. We purchased the split door to save on postage and found the whole product to be of very high quality and would happily recommend to others. It was very easy training our dog and has made or lives easier not having to open doors. We are in a rental, but found i only needed to put one hole into the original frame that is easily patched if even needed.

I had purchased the door for my dog 4 years ago. I have recently moved and the sliding doors were considerably higher, thankfully I could purchase new extensions so I could keep using the existing door. Great product that lasts!
