Great price and easy install. Messaged LaLuna to ask what door I had, giving them my original order number and they responded quickly with a video on how to install the new flap. Thanks guys.

This is a great dog door for sliding doors. Our new puppy learnt how to use it within a few hours and has really helped with toilet training.

It took alot longer to put up than expected, using my husband who was a plumber/handyman. The video was too fast and difficult to follow on a mobile phone. There were NO so called installers in Victoria.
It's up and the dog is using it. Yahoo!!

I bought the smallest doggy door for my naughty little daschund, Gilbert. He loves it - thinks he owns the joint, coming and going as he pleases 😂
And I love it because I don’t have to keep getting up to let him in and out while I’m working from home!

The door was pretty easy to install and it looks tidy. Our Labradoodle Ned took two tries to work it out, and now pops in and out happily (and constantly!). we can do away with the bell he used to ring to be let outside, thank goodness!

We purchased the LaLuna door second-hand on Marketplace in the cream colour we required to match existing door frame.
The adapter was purchased from LaLuna to make the doggy door complete. The door latches/locks were relocated also.

A great product that fits well, although videos and documentation could be a little clearer, especially as I have a centre-opening sliding door. Still, got there in the end with only a few changes to the proposed approach. The house is now warm again and the dog free to enter & exit as desired. Oh, the colour is also a perfect match to anodic grey.

This is my second La Luna Sports Pet Stroller because I love it that much! After trying several other brands over the years, I can honestly say that La Luna is the only one I trust.
Whether you're going for a walk around the neighbourhood or heading out for a run, this stroller is incredibly sturdy, smooth, and safe for your fur baby. It offers plenty of room for both small and larger dogs, so they're always comfortable and secure.
One of my favourite features is the generous storage space. Th...

Door is great. Took a bit more work than a quick install but once we got it sorted, it works and looks great. It was great that we didn’t have to cut out a hole in the house

I had a few issues with installation, but worked through them with the help of the instructional videos. Definitely surprised by the quality, it’s very sturdy! You get what you pay for and I’m glad I spent extra to get a quality product. Also a big shoutout to the customer service team who were quick and helpful in their communication when I ordered an out of stock item. Appreciate it!

Very pleased with the prompt delivery and the quality of the pet door. Fitting the latch/lock was difficult, but we figured out a compromise to suit the old style latch on the existing door, and all is working well.

Pet door came quicker than expected, love that, and Australian owned and made. Insulation was a breeze, step by step instructions and it went as perfect as the video. My dog took about three days to realise it was his own door. It's been so good on those hot days for him. When I'm at work.
Thanks everyone, keep up the great work.

Very happy with the replacement flap for our dog door.
We had 10 year use from the first one and only replaced it because we have a new puppy and a clear window is easier for him to use.
The order process was simple and delivery exceptionally fast. Would recommend the product and the company.

This is my second purchase of the La Luna Pet door, and the only reason I am buying a second one is I am moving house. For 5 years my Border Collie has gone through the door 100 times per day, at 100 miles per hour, and it is still in perfect condition, so its a no-brainer to stay with the same excellent brand.

High quality pet door, very pleased with it but getting the original lock to line up with the pet door is a bit of a pain.
Apart from that, I'd recommend others to buy this.

It took longer to put in and it definitely requires using the additional security holders to secure it to the door frame.
I was informed to order 3 extenders. I only needed 2.
Overall, it does the job.

I’ve had multiple pet doors over the past couple of years and wish I’d found LaLuna before. Yes, they are more expensive but it’s for a good reason and so worth the extra money. The quality is significantly better and so sturdy. It’s much more secure than other brands that we’ve had as well! They do require power tools to install (to make it significantly easier). The installation video made it easy to follow too. Can’t recommend more!

We now love this door, & so do the dogs - it keeps out the rain & bugs, while allowing our puppies the freedom they need to access the back yard. At first, we were not too sure, as we're not overly computer savvy (we're in our mid-seventies), & would have preferred printed assembly instructions, but they were not available. We eventually got to watching the videos (my husband had trouble understanding the gentleman in the videos even with his hearing aids in use, as he has a major hearing proble...

We should have installed a pet door years ago! Our dog was not coping well after the loss of her brother a few years back and would cry (very loudly) if she was placed outside during the day when no one was home. This was not only upsetting for us but also the neighbors as well. We have glass screen doors and I knew these types of screens existed from places like Bunnings but I also knew they were not very good for security wise. After another complaint from our neighbor I knew I needed to inves...
