The door looks really good, but a bit of a nightmare to put in ( permanent). Would be good if the screws were the same colour as the door frame. But nice door. I would buy again.

I only purchased the door as a trial as I have a rabbit and was unsure if he would use it. It was easy enough to install but I found the magnet was too strong for Coolio to push through but I was able to dismantle and adjust the height a little which makes it a lot easier. He’s still getting used to it but so far it’s going well.

Had no trouble fitting the new one Yoda loves it. The old one opaque and very sticky. The product probably only good for a year. 2.5 years too long. In my opinion the flap material not suited for Australian conditions. David

Patio pet door looks great. Pets a little unsure at first but starting to get used to going through it now. It did take some time installing the lock part as had to buy another lock for my door as it would not align up but overall great. Would recommend.

The Luna dog door is great. We are in a rental and it’s a relief to find a product like this to use. Easy to install (You will need a drill). We also purchased the bar lock just Incase but are not using it. We purchased a size small which is used by 2 small cavoodles.

The door was pretty easy to install and does the job. I do have a few annoyances with it though: 1. even with the safety part, my door cannot lock 2. The extender at the top sticks out a bit and is constantly getting stuck causing the doors not to actually close properly unless I push in the part of the extender as I close the door 3. The bottom of the foam for the wind connector doesn’t stay in place so I’m constantly having to fix it. I do love the door though but these three things do make ...

Was easy to install. It is not I. It's final location, but will be easy to take out and move. It is extremely handy that two "D" seals are included because the location where it will eventually be installed is in the other side of the opening than its current location. The doggo is quite happy now to come and go as she pleases without waiting by the door for us to let her out.

It was very easy training our dog and has made or lives easier not having to open doors. This door has transformed my life. it gives the power to my dog instead of me. My wonderful brother in law installed it for me and he made a few modifications to enhance its strength and robustness as it is located on a balcony on the fourth floor receiving the full force of weather. Staff were proficient in helping me out and arranged a couple of extra magnets plus provided me with the link to show how to install. Can’t expect more than this. Excellent work. Easy to install and looks great. The original door had been in for two years but the metal strip got corroded by the salt air and the plastic was discoloured by constant use from my dog. When I replaced it my dog was very confused ( momentarily) to have such a clear door to go through! Great to know I can replace it again if I need to.

Delivery of the door took a while but that was because of the colour I chose. Anyway it was worth the wait and it really is a good idea. It fit with the original extender in the package and is well made and sturdy. I added the rubber edging on both sides as well as some of the window seal strip and I couldn't feel any cold air come through. Dogs went through it easily. I'm very happy and glad I purchased it.

The door arrived with some scratches and a dent … unfortunately I wasn’t able to send it back or speak to La Luna about this because I really needed the door installed for the dog as far as the product goes it is a good product just disappointed that it was slightly damaged in regulars to the scratches and dent in it.

The product is fantastic, except for how the product was posted. The item sent was rolled up. Had to open and leave flat before changing over with the old one. This is the reason I had to replace due to the old one curving over time and wouldn't seal to stop flies coming in home. Thankfully the new one did flatten out to install. Works well.
