Customer photo review of Sports Large Pet Stroller

A beautiful pram in every way! Comfortably fits our 4 chihuahuas, it is peace of mind having them in the pram knowing they are safe out of harms way when we are out at our horse competition, they love been in it and are able to look out as we walk and watch everything. We walk very long distances and the 40kg weight capacity allows us to load it up with lots of bits and pieces too. This is not the first pet pram that we have had but is by far the best one. It gives a smooth ride and is easy and...

Original one ended up shriveled and orange and really bad so was relieved that I could easily buy a replacement and install it. It looks so much better now.

It works well. We didn't use the security lock but will purchase the steel bar for security. Easy to take out when needed

Harry the Hooligan mastered it after I left the flap up for 2 days. Funny choice if command but IT works.

Super easy to fit especially with the video! Hi quality metal, glass and flap. Seals up perfectly with our existing sliding door.

I went the larger size as my 3 hounds do try to exit all at the same time! They do love it and it's also very quiet!

I love my pet door. After my seal was damaged, I ordered a new one. It was so easy to replace.

Looked easy to install following the instructions but, The upright (top) of the door doesn't fit solid. The locks work good when measuring, but once secured in place they dont meet up. Trial and error, we will keep working on it and make it happen. We aren't in love with it yet but our puppies are 😀 and thats all that matters.

Love it. I’ve purchased two now - one for my place and one for my partner. Quality is perfect - much better design and quality than the hardware store variants.

Only door my big British bulldog could fit his shoulders through. I would suggest you promote your door to the bulldog groups on facebook.

Good. It works. Was rather fiddly to install, required some tweaking. Our flyscreen is redundant now because we have stacking doors but at least the dogs can come and go.

This was the easiest "install" I have ever done. Everything is preset so all you need to do is place it in the door way. It was extremely easy.

Door itself is great, very happy with it and how well my large dog fits through it. The installation is definitely a muck around. If you don't have a lot of tools, time or strength then I wouldn't recommend installing it yourself.

Overall, I am very happy with the dog door that I ordered along with the locking bars. However, as can be seen in my shared photos, this locking bar arrived damaged. I ordered three locking bars in this particular order. The other two were not damaged upon delivery.

The product was very easy to install and of excellent quality - compliments the glass sliding door beautifully. My puppy has quickly embraced it. My only suggestion would be an easy way to hook the flap up as pets are getting used to it. My cat won’t use it and if I was able to hook up the flap for a time, I think she’d adjust better. Nonetheless, a worthwhile purchase.

The door was relatively east to install as novices. It works really well, the rubber seals are windproof. In the pictures you see that there are sharp edges on the top and bottom of the attaching security piece of white metal, these should be rounded off. When that piece is screwed into the dog door they leave sharp screw ends exposed, not the best result particularly if using curtains. The colour was advertised as white, as you can see it is not as white as my sliding doir assembly.

I bought the pet door and fitted it in the sliding door temporarily. Then I had a custom made sliding door to fit in the pet door. I also bought an extra extension piece as the door I had made was extra high. Zeckie my beautiful labrador loves it. Quality is much better than Bunnings.

We have recently moved into an apartment. Unfortunately our sliding door to that particular balcony is small hence we had to go with a small size rather than a medium size to accommodate our dog to go through and for us to go through as well. We had delivery issues with Australia Post who didn’t deliver even after being at home all day waiting for the delivery only to receive a text message from Australia Post to collect the delivery as we were not home. We ended up going to the post office 3x...

The La Luna Pet door and security screen adaptor are absolutely fantastic and just what my dog and I needed. It fits easily into my sliding door and, with the assistance of the online video from La Luna, was simple to install. The delivery was also fast, and nothing was amiss—thank you, La Luna team. My dog absolutely loves it.

The door was easy to put up. We lay it flat to extend it before inserting it in the track. The dogs took to it very quickly. I would highly recommend this product.

Watched the video, was an easy swap with the two of us. We replaced the flap as it was fairly opaque after 4 years and no, we haven't attempted to clean it yet (on the list of things to do and it doesn't hurt to have a spare). It had stopped magentising at some point which we didn't realise until we installed the new one. Our large whippet belts through that door at speed more than several times a day though. Overall very happy with the product and service and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Awesome pram, easy to steer and feels solid. Only issue is the front section that comes down doesn't always stay locked and has to be relocked if it is slightly touched.

Love this pet pram — easy to fold, the capsule pops off for the car, and it has plenty of space for a small pet.

Great buy. Only thing was the manual didn't have enough info to help with installation so we found the videos most helpful. Our toy cavoodle Teddy loves and learnt very quickly how to use it. Thankyou for a great product.

This dog door is perfect for our greyhound who likes to go outside at 3am! It took a few home-made amendments to move the original sliding door catch to the new frame but we got there in the end (our sliding door is probably quite old so the catch was not compatible). Now I can sleep all night without having to get up for the dog!

Not as easy to install as I thought but after my son in law his farther and then his brother the builder worked it out, it is working really well, the problem was it is a rarely new home and, and working out how to lock it into place with the newer door hand on the sliding door 😉

Looks as good as the original. Package arrived safely and about 3 days earlier than I anticipated. I think this is my 3rd replacement over Maybe 10yrs due to discolouration over time, that was accelerated when they were periodically stored in the garage so don’t store in darkness. Still a good product.

Absolutely love this pet door, would very highly recommend to anyone. As a renter I didn't want to replace the existing security screen, this was by far the next best thing, easy to install and still lockable, so my puppy and home are both secure.

La Luna pet door is solidly made and quite sturdy once fitted. It took longer than 15mins to install as advertised but once done I’m very happy. Rubber seals make it weather tight. My Cavoodle took a week to actually use it but now loves it. My dog weighs 5kg and only small but I decided on medium size door after taking measurements which I would. recommend.

The door is working very well and is certainly not an eyesore to look at. Very pleased with it indeed.

The La Luna pet door is great and was easy to install. It does seem however, that either the pet door insert or my door frame is slightly crooked because there is a gap where the door closes against the insert at the bottom of the frame. The gap was quite significant when I applied the rubber weather strips to both the door and the pet door insert. To minimize the gap I’ve removed the weather strip from the pet door insert.

This is our 3rd replacement flap in 15 years when we originally purchased the sliding door pet door insert for a rental property we were living in with our 2 large dogs and 2 cats. That insert has travelled with us from rental to rental until such times we became home owners. We are still using the door, still have two cats and two dogs albeit new reiterations then our original pets. Can't recommend this product highly enough.
