Tried to install pet door to security screen as a permanent fixture, but the strike plate on the existing security screen is too wide (20mm) to relocate and fit into the pet door groove (15mm). I am in the process of trying to locate a smaller strike plate to fit, but this is taking time to track down, so in the meantime I can't use the pet door.

My wife and I were disappointed..the information on the website is misleading ..thought we were getting the cat door & tunnel kit . If we had known this we could have ordered the cat door and tunnel kit together and saved on the delivery fee Have installed the tunnel kit and will probably now just trim around it with timber Phil Equizi

I had my handyman here to install it this morning but he couldn't do it, my sliding door to is quite old and he tried everything but couldn't install it. 😢
