This was great. Fitted well except my doors open from the centre and the Pet Door was a few mm too wide and does not slide into my door when it is closed.

Do not buy! Really poor experience with this product and support team. Actual product does not look anything like the photos, does not include any pre drilled holes, does not match the written or video instructions, and does not fit common sliding glass door lock types.

Can't really say as I returned the door the same day I got it. (not a problem with the door, I was over optimistic about fitting around it)
Iam forced to rate it as you WILL NOT STOP sending me emails asking for a rating!

The wheel broke putting into the door even following your instructional video. Very low quality material in the wheel itself so suspect it wouldn’t even support a fly screen let alone a glass panel over time.
No readily replaceable options appear to be available at any hardware stores either

The quality of the door is great, the installation was a nightmare. The amount of tweaking and modifying required to get it on and secured was ridiculous. My door handle was at the exact height of the bend hinge in the large model and therefore I couldn't drill my door latch into it to secure it. I would've had to take out the existing door handle and move it to suit the pet door. I have given up with this option and had to find other ways to secure it.
I also put in my door height and the web...

Extremely difficult to assemble. Smaller overall than our last cat enclosure purchase therefore hard to wipe down the seats. I’d hate to think of a cat in there all day - but good for emergencies and some fresh air and outlook in the garden. Good quality product.
