Pet door is very difficult to get right. We couldn’t get it anywhere near air tight or secure even after watching the videos and playing around with the door tilt etc. Not worth the hassle, we are getting a glazier to install one in the glass instead. Customer service is even worse they try and push you to just use it and even after they agreed to a return and I had to organise my own courier to send it back, they are now trying to not honour it because of a scratch on a piece I didn’t even get ...

Not a bad door, fairly easy to install with the screw on tabs and the simple transfer of the latching mechanism, the slip on door extenders work well enough, however the door isn't as rigid as I would have liked to be for security reasons.

The pet door is marketed as being compatible with double sliding doors, but there is no way to secure it effectively without removing window panes on the sliding door itself. Had I known this I would have just had a traditional pet door installed instead.

The zip to the roof panel broke off within a day, making it useless for our dog, who could easily jump out. If we didn't need the roof panel, it would be a great pen. Also, Customer Support was very responsive, offering a full refund.

We have a very tall patio door in our new apartment so had to get 4 extension pieces. We have still ended up with a gap of a few inches, which was disappointing, as I'm sure the website said our door height was suitable, with extensions.
We also didnt like the screws on the extension pieces being visible on the inside - it would have made more sense that they were the other way around, so they were facing out, and the clean neat side was on the inside.
