I'm sure there are some doors/frames this product would go straight into but I've found it quite a job to fit and I'm a fitter/machinist by trade. Definitely some DIY skills required. My door is tall and that has been the cause of most of the issues. I should have ordered extension pieces but forgot and so had to make and paint that myself. To have security is s further complexity. It looks fine. My dog dives through very readily. He gives it 5 stars.

Very difficult installation. Doesn’t fit properly, doesn’t lock and doesn’t slide. We are in our 70’s and requested company installation as advertised but was told this wasn’t offered in my inner Melbourne suburb. Spent over $600. Thought we were buying a quality product. Extremely disappointed.☹️

The door itself is great, the seals are pretty crap quality and unfortunately we have to source other seals to ensure weather proof. Not sure why the seals come in 3 pieces… creates 2 additional gaps.

Door pet door is great quality, and we didn't use the lock fitting kit. We have an older dog that is still getting used to the flap, the noise of the magnetic strip spooks him as he is going blind in his older years (14), it is matter of teaching an old dog new tricks, our other dog (12) is great with it and barges through it no problem at all and has been kept busy trying to teach the other the use of the door.

My dogs loved it! Absolute lifesaver if you work long hours. Only issue was getting it lined up, mine just seemed like it could never get flush with the door.

Pays to be handy with an angle grinder but I wouldn’t be without this on my pet door. Works really well. Only thing stopping it from getting 5 stars is the price but I get it. That stuff isn’t cheap these days.

It’s a gorgeous stylish carrier and has everything you need for travelling. I just wish I’d measured it before buying… I would have preferred a bit larger to give them a bit more space and I have small cats (3.5 and 4.5kg). So if you have larger cats, it will be too small.

This bed is used by one of the cats only, and it's not quite as full as I would like (a bit floppy), but even though it doesn't 'hug' him, he seems happy enough with it. It should be a good winter option, but I'd have loved something that was a bit more snuggly for him. I bought a size 'medium', which is probably good if both cats use it at the same time, but for now, there's a fair bit of space around one cat using it.

Love this door, works well with my sliding doors - don’t think there’s any other pet door slim enough to work. My only complaint is that the metal screws have rusted after 6 months Otherwise, a great pet door.

The door it self is great however the colour is more of an off white/grey. Luckily we installed it in the laundry where it wont be seen much. The instructions are poorly thought out with the links to videos for the security pack and screen adapter at the end. This meant back tracking through a number of steps and re drilling holes.

Metal fitting for sliding door was too wide for standard door. Totally useless. I've had to improvise. Glass with dog door works wll but it wasn't easy to install into standard sliding door. But it's in and works.

The video to install it is terrible, there are no close ups and I am yet to work out how to install it - both my husband and I have tried and can't work out the security pack part. Also it's not white - it's cream.

The door is of good quality and my bull Arab fits through it with ease but because its exactly the same width as my screen door they don’t mesh into each other and there’s a gap where flies and dust can get in and I can’t fit the latch

Be very careful buying the glass door insert we bought it not knowing until there contractor looked tonlnow if it might fit and he still said he want know until install. The fella how installed our had to grind down the locks part to get it to fit u could be wasting your money NEVER GO GLASS PET DOOR and the glass cut out has to be a certain amount in so your other door might need to left closed more then open
