Love this, it's great quality and fits perfectly (especially our Labrador). Much better than the cheaper alternative we used to have. Would definitely recommend it.

It’s ok.. a great idea but wish there were installers for trickier situations… it seems straightforward prob for most sliding doors, however my was a little different from regular sliding doors

Really pleased, looks great. Only issue is that the hardware is not 316 stainless so it rusts out every 2-3 years or so (we’re right near the beach).
We have bought it again because it looks so good and is really nicely slimline. I’m tempted to just order third party stainless hardware online and modify it because it’s a uniquely good design in every other way!

Shipped and delivered very promptly. Well packaged and good instructions. Our sliding door is double-glazed (the frames are thicker) so installation was a little tricky but we managed to get a good seal using the supplied weather strips. Our dogs (two dachshunds) happily use the flap and it closes well.
Happily recommended, but something on the website about limited compatibility with double glazed sliding doors would be helpful.

Pros: Love the height of the pram. The wheels are amazing, so nice and big and does not get stuck in road holes. Love the rose color. Very sturdy.
Cons: the handle of the carrier doesn’t fold down and gets in the way while strolling. The cup holder is on the outside of the handle and gets caught on everything. It’s actually not usable at all.

Pet flap works as expected. Easy to fit.
Only issue I have is with the size of the small opening, as our 40kg dog can also fit through it. So it is a very generous small.

It's a great pet door although it could be improved to stop dirt and grime getting in between the plastic which makes it look grubby over time. Also the metal parts rust over a few months, could a different material be used here?

Great enclosure. It was a little bit tricky to get the frame poles into the plastic connectors when setting up for the first time but putting the net on was easy. It's light weight so can easily be moved around. I love the fact that you can extend it.

Would be % star but my concerns are the shrinkage on the flap, limited adjustment and the fitting screws on the outside of the door.
I think a solid flap with hinges and lockable may be an option otherwise a good sturdy door.

Love the teal colour, my dog sleeps well every night in it and seems to enjoy snuggling on cooler nights.
Pro: Great product for the price, my dog is happy using it.
Con: The fold over covering for travelling is annoying as it is too large when placed under for everyday use and gets in the way when you need to take off the cover for washing.

Great dog door solution for sliding doors. Easy to assemble, well made, does the job. Only thing I would say is that the seals you put at the ends where there is a gap in the existing doors could be better designed. Overall a great product.

Love this product for my cat. Easy to setup and she loves them in her cubana. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the positioning of the La Luna sewn in label. While I understand the reasoning for having their brand on their product, it’s been sewn into the centre of the platforms fabric and as that’s where my cat predominately sits or jumps onto (I.e. the middle of the triangle) having the label here severely jeopardise the quality and longevity of the platform. So far I’ve had two platforms rip dire...

The pet door fits well and the little dog has worked out how to use it. I like fact that it can be easily removed, folded away and the sliding door returns to normal - much better than a permanent door cut into the glass. Really worth the investment. It's solid and well made - decent quality product.

So brought mine, saw it had next day delivery if ordering before 12pm. I ordered it after so i expected it to ship the following day. After i think about a week of no contact i emailed to see what was happening/why it wasn't shipped. They had currently had none in stock as was waiting for more to arrive. They remidied the situation with me through good custoner service, when i received my door though, one of the magnets in the flap is missing or something as it is not magnetized on one side
