Delivery was prompt, and installation was easy. The only observation I have is the replacement flap was clear on arrival but after ~24 hours turned transparent blue which makes it standout against the glass doors. The original flap did not change from clear. Dog door insert is installed in the same location.

I don't recommend for Medium or Small dogs. I bought it at a very heavy discount. The leash length is mentioned on the product page, but after using it I noticed I need about another 30cm or more. The handle's rubber isn't comfortable on my hairy male wrists. The sizing for the collar is accurate. The collar width is a bit big on my small dog and the heavy buckle is irritable so I won't be using this, it's going to the OP shop.

It’s a good replacement of what I had originally but needed replacing. It was difficult to remove the existing door even with the instructions and needed a lot of additional force. I’ve also found I can’t make it as tight so it slips semi-regularly and I’m having to adjust it to stop gaps for the bugs.

It was a bit too tricky to put in our double sliding doors, as we had first planned. So we had to change which door we use but its working well.

Item arrived in reasonable time, had already installed one on another door, so knew what to expect and do. Used it to transfer fixed part of lock onto Doggy door.

The door arrived in good time and condition. Installation was fairly easy. We ordered the large to accommodate our 2 German shepherd dogs. We did have some trouble fitting the security lock as the plate that attaches to the pet door was positioned over the screw where the hinged panel is in the pet door. We drilled out a hole big enough so we could attach the security plate and the door hinge using the one screw. Our 6 month old pup uses the door without issue, our 12 year old doesn’t like it ye...

I bought this to add security to my new dog door I purchased but sadly it was too small to fit the required length of the sliding door. I have donated to a friend who inherited my previous dog door.

I was replacing a previous door that I had for 15 years. The screw had been cross thread in the flap so I could not replace it and it was becoming gross. The new door did not fit well and had quite a bit of movement unlike my first door which fitted perfectly. I have put sealing tape in a few places which has stopped the movement and it works perfectly fine but expect that I will need to replace the tape from time to time.

Love your dog patio doors - we have two and have told so many of our friends how good they are. I really could have used the self tapping screws to fix it on as our puppy took the old flap off and we no longer have the screws, hard to find in Bunnings!

Haven't set it up yet as we are yet to pick up our pet, but first impressions are that it's sturdy and solid. I love that it folds in half but the weight means it may need two people to lift and set it up, especially since we have a tall door with additional extension pieces.

All good with the insert. The cream colour is slightly different to the paperbark colour, which is the colour of our sliding door frame… otherwise it’s pretty close in colour.

I bought this for my 2 month old kitten. It is suitable to keep her confined when required. she goes in there by herself when she is ready for a rest. Materials seem strong for the punishment she gives it!

Service was fast and efficient. Pram was easy to assemble. It provides a comfortable ride - happy dog, happy owner. The way the lid zips up is easy. Good shade for pup. Rain cover is provided - I don’t know how effective it will be - it is more like a light weight poncho, but better than nothing. The carry bag underneath is very functional. The wheelbase of the pram is wider than I expected. The hard plastic wheels are getting damaged because the wheels pick up sharp seed pods. I think all prams...

Fits in well with existing sliding system. We bought the glass panel and by putting it with the flyscreen sliding door, we can still lock the glass sliding door when we go away.

Great cat/dog door. Needs a little adjusting as our sliding door is slightly hitting the screws. Once that is fixed, it’ll be perfect.

Easy to put together. Unfortunately the lock on the sliding door was not suitable for the security extension. Had to use a different security method. But the dog loves it.
