The pup loves it. We had to do some draft proofing as we gave an old timber sliding door. It’s great . Very pleased with it.

It is essential for the installation so it is great that it is included and not an extra you have to pay for.

I love it, I think it’s well designed and sturdy. My boof-head big Lab boy seems to be a little confused by the clear plastic flap and is reluctant to push it without significant coaxing… hopefully he figures it out (maybe it looks like glass to him and therefore an immovable surface??) If it came in a frosted plastic or different colour flap it would be perfect I think… but that’s an ‘us’ problem not an everybody one, I think… 👌

Great fit, great design all parts required included. Difficult to tie into older aluminium extrusions but can be done, very happy and secure.

This door is great, I no longer have to get up to let my elderly dog out through the night.

Misty the cat sits on it when the sun is shining. Took a while to get used to her new one, preferred her old thread bear one

Worked a treat, you do need to watch the installation video and make some adjustments to make it fit your application

We’ve had to replace our first flap as it was over 5 years old. Replacing the flap was great and the instruction videos helped.

Was so happy to be able to easily replace our dirty, grotty flap, that had already lasted an incredible 5yrs

Great product, but when you order the full height fixed pet door, as I did ,not the fold In half one, the screen door adapter should also come in one piece so there is no join in the middle.

I feel comfortable about having my pet door. I can relax knowing my property is safe and my dog can go in and out when she pleases.

Positives: Great pet door. My dog can use it well. Fits well and looks good. Negatives: flap isn’t clear (bluish tint)and it was a bit harder to install than expected. Seal isn’t quite big enough, so leaves a small gap (keeps insects out, but doesn’t seal well enough to prevent hot/cold air getting in/out.)

Unfortunately my door frame was too high, even with additions, so I couldn't make use of this pet door. Very disappointing.

Our Doggy Door arrived promptly. My DH found it fairly simple to fit, with an adjustment required to lock due to the type of sliding door we have. Our large golden retriever was enticed to use the door with a few treats, and we now love his ability to go outside independently. Also happy with the security of the door, when required. Would recommend.

Thank you so much. The old doors were looking pretty old after 10 years. So glad I found you to replace them. Fits perfectly

Hi. Overall we are happy with the door However there was an issue that we would like to share. The security pieces that are attached to the frame only fit in the vertical part of the frame. The tracks in the bottom and top the frame are too narrow to fit the piece into. For information our sliding door is only two years old and manufactured by A and L Windows. A popular manufacturer Thanks Scott

Hands down the best pet door we’ve had and we have gone through many! It’s sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, looks like it’s part of the door! 5 stars

Staying at an Airbnb with a sliding door, and this temporary security lock was ideal without using any drilling. Easy to fit and great piece of mind.

Our door looks great, but it has created a rather small door opening for us humans to walk through, because the sliding door isn’t that big. The quality is very good and the flexible flap is much more doggy friendly.

Amazing products….we bought this as a replacement and it seems to be made of a stronger material than our original.

I’m very happy with the door insert. The dog is taking a while to get used to the flap . Overall very good

There was no instructions how to put it together, that would've been helpful. But the video online was very useful.

The flap fitted perfectly but the video should have shown fitting without being in place, flat on a table worked better, just adjusting when installed in door

Works really well on a non Laluna sliding door. Just wish I had bought it directly via your website and not bunnings as they charge triple on the delivery fee!

Bit of a pain snapping off the edges but otherwise fit and function are good

Very well made and well packaged for delivery. The instructions aren’t hugely detailed which made things a bit nerve wracking, and I had paid for the locking kit but the people who installed the glass sliding doors had used glue to attach the lock housing to the frame before screwing it in place and it couldn’t be removed to place it on the side of the pet door instead. Luckily the person helping me to install the door was able to use a piece of the lock/security kit that came with the pet door ...

The door is good - functionally works well. The rubber seal seems to have dislodged, which means the door needs to be pushed forcefully to lock it... might get a new seal. The other issue was, it took over a month for the techie to get to us to install the door (Brissy - as there is only one guy in QLD), so not exactly La Luna's problem, but frustrating nonetheless... so outside of these 2 things, the door's good, the dogs love it, easy to use and no issues.

This product was not easy to install at all. We had to get someone in to install it. Nothing fitted, large gaps and don’t even get me started on the lock
