Really pleased, looks great. Only issue is that the hardware is not 316 stainless so it rusts out every 2-3 years or so (we’re right near the beach).
We have bought it again because it looks so good and is really nicely slimline. I’m tempted to just order third party stainless hardware online and modify it because it’s a uniquely good design in every other way!

Shipped and delivered very promptly. Well packaged and good instructions. Our sliding door is double-glazed (the frames are thicker) so installation was a little tricky but we managed to get a good seal using the supplied weather strips. Our dogs (two dachshunds) happily use the flap and it closes well.
Happily recommended, but something on the website about limited compatibility with double glazed sliding doors would be helpful.

Pros: Love the height of the pram. The wheels are amazing, so nice and big and does not get stuck in road holes. Love the rose color. Very sturdy.
Cons: the handle of the carrier doesn’t fold down and gets in the way while strolling. The cup holder is on the outside of the handle and gets caught on everything. It’s actually not usable at all.

It's a great pet door although it could be improved to stop dirt and grime getting in between the plastic which makes it look grubby over time. Also the metal parts rust over a few months, could a different material be used here?

Great enclosure. It was a little bit tricky to get the frame poles into the plastic connectors when setting up for the first time but putting the net on was easy. It's light weight so can easily be moved around. I love the fact that you can extend it.

Would be % star but my concerns are the shrinkage on the flap, limited adjustment and the fitting screws on the outside of the door.
I think a solid flap with hinges and lockable may be an option otherwise a good sturdy door.

Love this product for my cat. Easy to setup and she loves them in her cubana. Only reason I gave 4 stars is the positioning of the La Luna sewn in label.
