Was mostly easy to set-up.
Because my door way is so tall (2.3 metres)
When I first put up the pet door it would fold in the middle as I was unable to add the bracket to hold it in place.
After contacting them they said I needed to flatten the bracket out to affix it.
Had to use a cement block to flatten it out.
Would have been great if they had supplied a “flat” bracket.
Also the“seal” strips weren’t long enough so there are gaps. This is a bit frustrating as I told them how...

Great door but….. it does not fit our track (standard double glazed aluminium slider) so we have had to put packing in behind it to hold it in place. Also, the security pack does not work with the folding version. You end up drilling right through the hinge which pulls your screws way out of place, and at this location they don’t grab properly and spin.
