Having several dogs, my life has changed with this dog door because they happily go in and out and pups only need a couple of minutes to learn to use it. It was easy to assemble and install, though adding the security door tab sounds like a pain and I have not done it because I don't know how to drill metal (nor do I want to). Prior to parcel arriving, I checked with a local company to ensure they would install. They said they would. When I was ready for installation, none of the company’s workers would pick up the job. I was a bit unsure of whether I could install this because I have a commercial style sliding stacker door and the track is much wider than your usual domestic version. It took a lot of fiddling about and I had to buy some extra bits at the hardware store to get the locking mechanism attached but I finally managed to install it. Install was fairly straight forward, however the brackets to hold it in with the security pack were not required as the bracket came with the door. Flap has magnetic strip so it stays closed and works well, however very quickly started hitting the lower frame and making lots of noise. Instructions do not cover how to remove or adjust the flap height, I had to raise it about 5mm, which required trimming a few mm off the top to get it to fit. All clears now and back to quiet.
