Great! Purchased the larger size for our bigger doggos and it’s perfect. There’s the option to remove tabs ( which we did! ) to make it fit nice and flat on the screen door.

We’ve moved into an apartment and it fits beautifully into our balcony. I was nervous about my cat on the balcony but he loves his ‘house’ and uses the hammock and the corner fixing regularly. I put astroturf on the ground which he uses as a scratch pad and he’s really happy! Easy to zip up and secure my cat. Very happy!

I got this fabulous door from the outlet and it was near perfect! I replaced a draughty, noisy, annoying door with this beautiful door. No draughts, no rattles and it looks lovely. Couldn't be happier. It's a far better door than the previous one I had. Thank you!

Door arrived.
Was mostly easy to set-up.
Because my door way is so tall (2.3 metres)
When I first put up the pet door it would fold in the middle as I was unable to add the bracket to hold it in place.
After contacting them they said I needed to flatten the bracket out to affix it.
Had to use a cement block to flatten it out.
Would have been great if they had supplied a “flat” bracket.
Also the“seal” strips weren’t long enough so there are gaps. This is a bit frustrating as I told them how...

We love our cat cabana with the hammock!
Our cabana is on its last legs and we would like to order another one, but cannot find a way to order from the U.S.
I believe we originally bought it on Amazon.
Please let us know how we can order a new one.
Thanks,
Juliet

As our space did not conform to an accurate size along with the extension we managed to improvise. Dog loves it but plastic door still seems to be a no go so we prop it up . Thoroughly recommend the door and your company

My beagle loves this, it took 15mins and half a dozen chicken necks to learn to use it!
I am very happy as the house is secure, fly free and I don’t get woken up in the middle of the night to take her to the bathroom.

My dog is an Australian Shepherd so needed large door. Took her no time to learn to come through the flap. And no more flies and bugs coming in through an open screen door.

Finally found a door to fit the big baby but he is frightened to use it. He doesn't like it when the flap touches his back. Quite funny actually but we will get there.

This was the best purchase for our new house and was just what we were looking for to keep things secure whilst also allowing our pups freedom to move around. I live the magnet that keeps the flap from waking around after a pup walks through, i live in Australia so the more creepy crawlies we keep out the better!

Perfect for our dog who had leg surgery and couldn’t jump out of her old dog door due to the large step it had. Just walks out this one with ease

I wish I had purchased this years ago. Fits all 3 of my moodles comfortably. They love it. Gives us the freedom to go more places and much longer, faster walks. It is quite large, so need a lot of boot space when travelling with it in the car but folds up easily. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered the door, adapter and security pack and while its a bit fiddly trying to get everything to line up with our locks, this is such a better choice over the cheaper inserts out there. I really love the peace of mind that my doors can actually be locked.

Absolute rubbish. Doesn’t fit on multiple doors. Isn’t straight forward to install. Won’t accept return for partial refund unless I upgrade to larger version which makes no sense. Do not waste your time. It’s a scam.

I ordered the pack not realising that we didn’t need all components if we bought the screen door guard. As a result, we only used 1 of the small security locks. Maybe this could be better explained on the website.
