I ordered this and after 2nd time charging, it stopped making bubbles and the LED light kept lighting till the battery dies. I reported this to the company then they said they were sending the replacement soon.
I been waiting more than a month but it’s not arriving. I keep sending message to tell them about this but they are not responding any more.
This is very sad. Give me my money back or send replacement soon please.

Defeats purpose for those of us trying to eliminate endocrine disrupting plastics in their daily life.
Also makes water taste like "pool water" which is ironic due to the fact it's supposed to remove chlorine which was not an issue for us because we use remineralized distilled water in it..

I can’t review item because I never used it. There was no manual and I’m not sure if there was supposed to be beads in the bottom, there were none. I will say that your company has the worst customer support I’ve ever had to deal with. For that reason alone I will never recommend or repurchase from this company again. I’m currently fifteen emails in and have gotten the same AI response. Absolutely unacceptable.

Although the kettle itself was easy to use, my kitchen water was very hard and after each use, I can see the calcification forming in the kettle. Perhaps there can be a model where it does everything from purify, decalcify and hydrogenate the water…?
