Hydro pitcher doesn’t work

The tumblers are great but I never received any of the samples I was promised with the orders.

JUNK. Lasted about 6 weeks.

Took ages to come and its not that great for the price tbh

N9 product after buying..

I thought it was made of glass, but the container is plastic.

Even though the product did not work, I was able to communicate with customer service easily through email.

Just ok. Hoping for more noticeable improvements.

I purchased their HydroTumbler that is advertised to generate 5000 ppb of hydrogen. I purchased a hydrogen water test reagent and the most I got out of 5 tests was 900 PPB, the average was 800 PPB. The bottle, have to charge overnight for a full charge. Customer service, the response time is very slow, like 4 days per email on average, it's like they don't really care, or try to stretch the days till the return period lapses, overall didn't have a good experience with their customer service.

Took a bit for response but did what they could.

Was easy and I got my order quickly

At first I redirected a used returned one as the box was torn inside, the cord was just laying in the bottom and no paperwork at all. Took me several emails to get areplacement as they tried to tell me this was standard. But I did finally get a new one so I was grateful. I just don't use it much bc I don't feel any benefit from it

I asked to return the filter 5 times after they responded, but failed to directly answer my question. Still to this day they stopped answering me

Very easy company to deal with they sent me a replacement within days of my contacting them regarding a defective Tumblr.

Mislead bc initially was explained no questions asked 60 day refund. I even paid extra to have free return just in case. Then was told refund only if i never used product. I do have screen shot of offering refund if change my mind. Still refused to honor refund

I did not like that the product was left on my front step which made it substile for theft.

DO NOT CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN...

Customer service was terrible and it took two and a half months to get my products. I was given promises and promises for 5 weeks when I just asked to go ahead and cancel the order and forget it and refund my money.

Easy to order.

Never received this item. After emailing asking where this item is since it was not received. Then it's sold out. So the 32 oz was sent instead. A defective one was sent. Customer service takes daysss to reply with 0 resolution.

You are a scam. You have the worst customer service on the planet. You are all AI and trap people in an AI hole. I have been trying to return 2 bottles, one leaks, and you have been ignoring me for 2 months. ‘Jack’ was supposed to call me and didn’t. You are the worst company and should be out of business

Not happy too much hype. It’s not properly sealed it should be sealed so it doesn’t escape.
