It has a bunch of bubbles when you press the button I don't know if it works with hydrogen or not? I think it's kind of just another scam.

The water bottle is not working as I don't see any hydrogen bubbles. Please advise. Thank you Jamshid Avloni 925 383 3416

Would make hydrogen due to the my water was already purified. To many minerals removed and wouldn't work according to their staff.

Just have no idea what I am doing with the two products I bought. You offer zero customer service after the sale

It is a nice set up yet the water tastes like it has chlorine in it. So only 3 stars due to taste.

Good customer service however I don't think the hydrogen water marketing is accurate I don't think it helps. I have not noticed anything after one month

You could stand by your original promise to refund after trying it. You lied & i was only offered a refund if i never used it.

The product is not working. I only used it 2 x and it stopped. ? Don’t even know who to contact.

Never got model I ordered. I got another model 2 months later That filters water that stop tastes like tap.

I ordered this a few weeks ago and have not recieved it. I have been waiting on it. I cannot review it until I receive the product.

I returned the pitcher because I found it too confusing. My biggest problem was with the customer service. It was a nightmare getting the return label!

I use it daily. I'm not sure I can say that it is improving my health yet.

I paid almost 100 for a cup for the box to come destroyed and customer service ignoring me !!! Stay away!!

I just don't feel any different and I heard that the pitchers don't really oxygenate much like bottles. I just wish i could return it.

It wasn’t what I thought I ordered. Minutes after pushing purchase I tried to cancel. I was told it was too late. Really? Disappointed ☹️

No significant effect as far as I can tell. I wish the bottle had detailed instructions on how to use it.

paid $124 and no cord to charge it......won't be ordering another gd thing from Doctor Water..........................and by the way I want credit back for this purchase.............................

The water has a plastic aftertaste making it undrinkable. I have a smaller glass hydrogenated water that does not have any aftertaste.

I returned the order. Please refund the money. The machine has plastic parts in the water and I dotwant any plastic in my water.

Water tastes better

So far have not noticed a difference in energy but still feel good about drinking the hydrogen water.

The heating element takes forever I have up on it I have emailed and called with promise of a return call never called Your instructions are horrible!

Customer service sucks, they won’t let you return. They leak and the battery only lasts a day. This is cheaply made. Do not buy.

Better refund! I requested a refund within the refund policy because it didn’t work and was denied.

I never received it and the pitcher doesn’t even work like my other branded bottle

I like your product except the plug port on the pitcher is loose.

Did not get the E-book gift!

I received my 32oz Dr Water hydrogen bottle without any instructions in English and without the E book.

This entire experience has been poor and will not be ordering.

Customer service was absolutely terrible and it took two and a half months to get my products.

Not really that happy thinking of returning product
