It leaked all over my counter on my papers and i reported it and was told another one was on the way. This was earlier in december., I received an email wednesday with the tracking number for the new one and it was not on my porch. I went to the post office to complain about it and found out the tracking number that was just sent to me was for the faulty one. I am going to get with my credit credit company and tell them to stop payment.

I rejected the delivery and returned it immediately upon receiving it in its original packaging. I have demanded a full refund and have yet to receive my refund. I made the purchase for my brother and his wife.
She indicated it has helped her knees. However, my
brother, who has one kidney, which he has CKD in that one kidney, indicated he did not believe it helped him. He indicated he will continue drinking the hydro-water in hopes it will improve his one and only kidney. It's a wait and see. It's probably his last hope before dialysis.

The first two days, you can see tiny little bubbles. After that, no more bubbles, or maybe 1 or 2 bubbles per second. Try the smart cleaning function. Nothing happens during the smart cleaning, nothing happens after the smart cleaning. Smart cleaning is only about 115 seconds. What does it do? Nothing, apparently. I have only had it a week or so, and now it is an expensive pitcher.
