Separating the drinking spout from the spout cover is so stiff that when my wife tries to open it, the entire cover comes loose from the container base, causing water to spill. You have to physically hold the lid down with one hand while you open the spout cover and separate the drinking spout. We’re hoping the latching mechanism will loosen up to make it easier for her.

I love the kettle but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the plastic in the bottom. I’m doing my best to remove microplastic from my families intake. I do like this kettle. You can see it working. I don’t feel any different but just knowing it’s better and ridding chlorine is important to me, my only concern is the plastic bottom.

I work from home, and try to drink water throughout every day. The water quality is different than my filtered water, having a smooth mouth feel as I drink it. It makes drinking water much easier and I find myself consuming much more water than I used to. I would definitly recommend the pitcher to anyone wanting to consume quality water.

The glass water bottle is exceptionally well-made and does what it's advertised to do. I see a lot of tiny bubbles being produced and assume it is the hydrogen being added to the water. I cannot honestly say I feel any better by using your product, but the science behind it seems to make sense and will continue using it.

Pitcher is made of a very nice glass. Nearly impossible to find in hydrogenated pitchers. The heated element is nice for those with inflammation cold water is not the best. I use the pitcher of hydrogenated water and pour it in the sink, wash my face in it. My skin has dramatically improved very clear.
