The product itself is excellent. My dog loves her new dock which is of high quality and easy to use. I considerate it to be excellent value for money. The only reason it doesn’t get five stars is the time it took to be delivered. HOWEVER……..Max kept me fully informed of the reasons for the delay and expected arrival date. At no point was I worried that the product wouldn’t arrive and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Wagging Rights. It’s a new company that deserves your support.

It took awhile to arrive but communication was good and we received updates. It’s a lovely bed for the car, I really like how it securely clips in and feels nicely made. Was very easy to put together. The cushions are vacuum packed to keep packaging to a minimum which is great. I would recommend letting them inflate themselves fully before building. It’s a lovely bed for my dog.
Only two gripes with it.
The cushions supplied are very lumpy and one of them had a hole in it where the stuffing was coming out.
Secondly, what would be really useful is a space in the stitching around the base to thread a seat belt harness through (which is then attached to my dogs harness). Really great idea, I’ve just a suggestion that may well improve your product. Our daughters dog wasn’t too keen on getting inside it, however, we think it could be overcome by making one of the sides like the front so you can zip one one the sides down so your dog could easily jump in for themselves. Easy to fit and very secure. Would have been easier with some instructions as did not expect to have to put together and initially thought the filling was just packaging. Side cushions are perfect but the bottOm cushion we have found is too padded for our dog to lie comfortably and securely. We will look to flatten or remove some stuffing to rectify this. Delovery was very delayed and had to chase info - that said, when it did arrive, it was as described. Only issue we have with it is that the ISOfix clips are so stiff that we can't actually use those but the other straps seem to hold the bed in place.

Fitted it on car today it’s very sturdy and solid bed love the little water bowl that fits to it very handy that. Only thing I found wrong with it I am unable to use all the ISO fix as they don’t all line up apart from that it’s well worth the money

My Dog Dock arrived a few days ago and I unpacked it yesterday. I have put all the padding in. . It looks just as expected from the advert I saw.. It looks a good size for my 7KG sishpoo. I haven't put it in the car yet. I'm still trying to work out what the different straps are for and where they fit on the Dog Dock and on the car
A instruction leaflet would have been helpful. I can see that my dog will be safer in it in the car than with just a dog safety belt.

After a long wait, a cancellation resulting in a quick refund, then a re-order and stuck with the long wait for delivery the dick finally arrived. Not quite the fit for T5 seat and collie but she loves it and is comfortable and safe. Would recommend now I have one to show friends.

Our order took months to arrive, however on chasing we always received a response promptly. The item is of good quality and the ISO fix are a great way to keep the bed secure. Disappointed no safety leash fitting included, had to order one separately especially for the price. Dog seems to like it and appears comfortable.

Order was late and reading the posts I was concerned so emailed and received a response with a ETA, product arrived and was slightly underwhelmed as there was no instructions (not necessary you would think) but the packing for the arms of the product were shrink wrapped and seemed to fall apart (I didn’t realise this is what was meant to happen) a little leaflet would have helped. I wanted this to help keep my car clean. Seems a good sturdy product except for the clips you use to clip to the digs harness. These seem very lightweight so I have replaced them. The isofix clips are fine, a bit awkward to remove compared to using seat belt attachment but are better protected from dirt with the bed. To be honest I am pleased with it it is very bulky and I wish I brought the olive green or sage green because I have a golden Labrador.
I have not used it that much as I have not been driving recently. Also I think my dog finds it a little bit daunting having to jump in the boot over the side panel so I have to unzip it.
