I ordered the bed because at the time it was cool, no heatwave, and the webpage said DPD 24 delivery, expecting it quickly. Unfortunately, the DPD 24 was actually from date of despatch, which turned out to be a while as it was actually out of stock. The business owner was apologetic and kept me informed. I've lived long enough to know that things like this happen, so I wasn't too bothered. Once it arrived, I forgave any delivery issues because it's such an excellent, safe dog bed!
