Great fireplace! Easy to install. Built the frame prior to it getting here which is topically a gamble but fit perfectly. My wife didn't like the bright orange glow from the bottom so I used a solid black vinyl to dim it down. The rock and crystals are nice but added the birch twigs to give it a more realistic look. It was easy to install using the paper template. After this picture was taken, I used the white cord covers to hide the black cord you see in the picture. Too bad you did not have me upload a video that I made which cycled through the different colors and shapes of the fire. Did a fair amount of research before going with the 50" Touchstone Elite. We've had it for about 2 months now and absolutely love it. Very east to install. Once you set the unit in the wall opening you simply use four wood screws, replace two cosmetic covers that hide the 4 wood screws, and then put the glass back on, it's increadibly easy.
