Customer service was exemplary in every aspect of my purchase through the delivery was was much quicker than I anticipated. Once installed and set up it was everything I had hoped for. People have stopped by and saw it thinking it was a gas fireplace because of how realistic it looks. I had this hooked up to 220 volt and the heater is awesome and will quickly heat up the room. This is a beautiful fireplace with many different options. Whether you like blue, red or yellow, fast, slow flame or smoldering logs you can have it.
