I thought the pen gave initially ungraded with 'u.s navy', and that the request for engraving was for anything additional. May be my fault for not reading. But just something to note to other buyers. But the pen itself it great. The quality is fantastic, and twisting the pen open is smooooth like butter on warm bread.

LOVE the product and the company but very disappointed in the lid. It is fresh out of the box and I let hot soapy water sit in it for about 20 minutes to clean it. Then I make my morning coffee and the lid is scratched up. The picture doesn’t do it justice.

The mugs are absolutely beautiful and i will be proud to give them to friends and family as gifts at christmas time.
The only issue i had was the extreme delay in the shipping of the mugs. these mugs were ordered in fall 2023 and due to supply chain issues they arrived in march 2024. however, to the company's credit, they offered a monetary compensation due to the delay.
