LOVE THIS OLD SOUTHERN BRASS COMPANY! I ordered this glass for my husband. Not too many things mean much to him, but his military journey will be with him forever. He is a bit hard to shop for so when he opened this glass he teared up. He just loves it! I highly recommend this company. They are wonderful to work with and are very accommodating to the consumer.

The mugs are absolutely beautiful and i will be proud to give them to friends and family as gifts at christmas time.
The only issue i had was the extreme delay in the shipping of the mugs. these mugs were ordered in fall 2023 and due to supply chain issues they arrived in march 2024. however, to the company's credit, they offered a monetary compensation due to the delay.

Beautiful set. Giving it as a gift. Just an observation not a complaint. The shipping box was damaged and as a result the gift box has a nick in it. Also it would be great to be able to personalize the box. I also would have preferred if the items were made in the US.

LOVE the product and the company but very disappointed in the lid. It is fresh out of the box and I let hot soapy water sit in it for about 20 minutes to clean it. Then I make my morning coffee and the lid is scratched up. The picture doesn’t do it justice.

This product actually looks better than the pictures indicate. The glasses are heavy and well made with the frosted printing on them being of high quality and resistant to scratches. The display rack is well made, but I intend to finish it with Minwax to seal the grain and give it a good semi-gloss finish to highlight the decanter set.
