I directly contacted Old Southern Brass and customer service was welcoming and expedient. you're better off working with OSB directly; great product and service!

It came in what appears to be a rifle case, it was a little tricky opening it for the first time only because I had no idea how to do it. Once I figured it out, the pen inside was exactly as I suspected. The engraving looks great and the pen looks pretty cool, perfect gift for my son.
