The pen glide across the paper very smoothly. The twist feature does not require any forcefulness whatsoever. all black with gold engraving is definitely an eye catcher and the case is put together well with quality material. I have been using the pen everyday for a couple weeks now, it is my go to pen. I will be purchasing more for friends and family.

Pen was great bought it for my brother in law he had just graduated from the police academy it was a great gift he was amazed with the pen and his buddies loved it too

I ordered the Kentucky Trails decanter and glass gift set. It’s a perfect Christmas gift for my Grandson. The only “oops” was the beautiful gift box arrived heavily damaged. After contacting customer service they shipped out a new box quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and product.

The beautiful brass 50cal shot glasses were gifts combined with the 2A Bourbon gift edition and a letter of appreciation for our Sheriff Deputy of Presidio Texas. The shot glasses were absolutely gorgeous and they blew the Sheriff Deputy away.

So my 1st shipment received unfortunatly, the AR decanter was broken. But very fortunate to great customer service the whole item was replaced. Absolutely lover the product, but the customer service was outstanding. cannot recommend highly enough

aWSOME GIFTS...I have engraved several. They always make an "impact" so to speak. Great customer service and easy transaction. engraving and delivery takes about 10 days so a little advanced planning for birthdays and special occasions.

Unfortunately, the first one I ordered arrived broken. I contacted the company with pictures and quickly received an answer. Within a few days a new one arrived in perfect condition. Seems larger than what it appears in the pictures, but my husband loves it.

I had an issue with my delivery and customer service was able to fix my order and re-shipped promptly. As a Certified AR-15 Armorer, the tolerances appear to meet, or exceed "mil-spec". It is a great product and I will order it again!

This my second purchase. The first one I bought broke. These seem to be heavier and sturdier. I like that as I was very sad when my first one broke.
