I order 3 pair of sunglasses via 2 different orders from Rudy Project and none were delivered. After about 2 weeks I received an email stating their was a mistake and the stock that was showing was not there and it would take another 5 weeks if I wanted to wait otherwise they could refund me. I chose the refund since I was expecting the second order with 2 pair. After a further 3 weeks the refund had not been processed nor had I received any information on the second order. Don’t know what’s happened to Rudy Project Australia. Orders previously were filled promptly but this time it took nearly ten weeks. Failure to reply to emails, dodgy excuses. If the item is out of stock, just say so. When the frames eventually arrived, no one had the decency to make any semblance of an apology for the delay. While the product is good, I have no confidence in those occupying space in the place of running the company. Reading reviews on independent sites support my opinion. Le...
